सं. ई -11012/03 /2009- रा.भा. संचार और सूचना प्रौद्योगिकी मंत्रालय , दूरसंचार विभाग के दिनांक 21 अक्तूबर , 2010 के संकल्प संख्या ई -11012/03/ 2009 - रा.भा. ( जो कि भारत के राजपत्र में दिसम्बर 11 -- दिसम्बर17 , 2010 में प्रकाशित हुआ ) का अधिक्रमण करते हुए भारत सरकार एतद्वारा संचार और सूचना प्रौद्योगिकी मंत्रालय , दूरसंचार विभाग की हिन्दी सलाहकार समिति की संरचना में गैर सरकारी सदस्य शीर्षक के अंतर्गत श्री मोहम्मद अमीन, संसद सदस्य ( राज्य सभा ) की राज्य सभा से सेवानिवृत्ति से हुई रिक्ति के कारण आंशिक संशोधन करते हुए उनके स्थान पर श्रीमती झरना दास वैद्य, संसद सदस्य ( राज्य सभा ) का नाम शामिल करती है ।

No. E - 11012/3 /2009 - O.L.-In supersession of the Department ofTelecom ,Ministry ofCommunications & Information Technology's Resolution No. E- 11012/3 /2009-O.L. , dated 21st October, 2010 (which was published in the Gazette of India on 11-17 December , 2010) , the Government of India hereby make the partial amendment in the composition of Hindi Salahakar Samiti ofMinistry of Communications & Information Technology, Department ofTelecommunications by including the name of Smt . Jharna Das Baidya, Member of Parliament (Rajya Sabha) in place of Shri Mohammed Amin, due to the vacancy caused by his retirement from the Rajya Sabha under the Non- Official Members head.
