F.No.2/2004-Admn . - Consequent upon approval of the Appointments Committee of the Cabinet for in-situ upgradation to the post of Joint Secretary in the Ministry of the Water Resources in PB -4 of Rs . 37,400- 67,000/- + Rs . 10,000/- ( Grade Pay) under the Central Staffing Scheme, the President is pleased to appoint Smt . Sharda P. Meshram , CSS as Joint Secretary in the Ministry of Water Resources with effect from the forenoon of 01.03.2013 .
2. Smt. Meshram is posted as Joint Secretary ( in - situ) in the Central Water Commission by upgrading the post of Director presently held by her to that of Joint Secretary as a measure personal to the incumbent with effect from 01.03.2013 , until further orders .
