आ. अ. 25.—लोक प्रतिनिध्त्वि अध्निियम, 1951 ;1951 का 43द्ध की धरा 21 के उपबंध् के अनुसरण में, तथा तारीख 23 जून, 2008 की अपनी अध्सिूचना सं. 434/त्रिापुरा/2008 ;1द्ध का अध्क्रिमण करते हुए, भारत निर्वाचन आयोग एतद्द्वारा, त्रिापुरा सरकार के परामर्श से, नीचे की सारणी के स्तंभ 2 में विनिदष्ट सरकारी अध्किारियों को उक्त सारणी के स्तंभ 1 में यथा विनिदष्ट त्रिापुरा राज्य के संसदीय निर्वाचन क्षेत्राों के रिटनग अध्किारियों के रूप में पदाभिहित करता है :—

आदेश से, 140 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : APRIL 20, 2013/CHAITRA 30, 1935 [PART II—SEC. 3(iii)] ELECTION COMMISSION OF INDIA New Delhi, the 11th April, 2013 O.N. 25.—In pursuance of the provision of Section 21 of the Representation of the People Act, 1951 (43 of 1951), and in superssession of its Notification No. 434/TP/2008(1) dated 23rd June, 2008, the Election Commission of India, hereby designates, in consultation with the Government of Tripura, the Officers of the Government specified in Column (2) of the Table below as the Returning Officers of the Parliamentary Constituencies in the State of Tripura as specified in column (1) of the said Table against such officers of Government :—

आ. अ. 26.—लोक प्रतिनिध्त्वि अध्निियम, 1950 ;1950 का 43द्ध की धरा 13-क की उप-धरा ;1द्ध द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए भारत निर्वाचन आयोग, बिहार राज्य सरकार के परामर्श से एतद्द्वारा, श्री अजय वी. नायक, आई.ए.एस. ;1984द्ध, को उनके कार्यभार ग्रहण करने की तारीख से आगामी आदेशों तक के लिए बिहार राज्य के मुख्य निर्वाचन अध्किारी के रूप में नामित करता है ।
2. श्री अजय वी. नायक, आई.ए.एस., बिहार राज्य सरकार के अध्ीन सभी पदभार या किसी कार्य के पदभारों को तत्काल सौंप देंगे या धरण करना समाप्त कर देंगे, जो कि वे ऐसा पदभार ग्रहण करने से पहले धारण कर रहे थे ।
3. श्री अजय वी. नायक, आई.ए.एस., मुख्य निर्वाचन अध्किारी, बिहार राज्य के रूप में कार्य करते हुए बिहार राज्य सरकार के अध्ीन किसी भी प्रकार का कोई अतिरिक्त कार्यभार ग्रहण नहीं करेंगे सिवाय इसके कि उनको राज्य सचिवालय में निर्वाचन विभाग के प्रभारी, सरकार का सचिव पदाभिहित किया जायेगा ।

O.N. 26.—ln exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 13A of the Representation of the People Act, 1950 (43 of 1950), the Election Commission of India, in consultation with the Government of Bihar, hereby nominates Sh. Ajay V. Nayak, IAS (1984) as the Chief Electoral Officer for the State of Bihar with effect from the date he takes over charge and until further orders.
2. Sh. Ajay V. Nayak, IAS shall cease to hold and hand over forthwith the charge of all or any charges of work under the Government of Bihar, which he may be holding before such assumption of office.
3. Sh. Ajay V. Nayak, IAS while functioning as the Chief Electoral Officer, Bihar shall not hold any additional charge whatsoever under the Government of Bihar except that he should be designated Secretary to the Government in charge of Election Department in the State Secretariat.
