सं. 13 सी.ए. ( परीक्षा ) मई/ 2013/ II--इंस्टीट्यूट की अधिसूचना संख्या-13- सी.ए. ( परीक्षा )/मई/2013 , दिनांक19 दिसम्बर, 2013 में आंशिक संशोधन करते हुए, सर्वसाधारण को यह सूचित किया जाता है कि, कर्नाटक राज्य विधान सभा चुनावों के मद्देनजर क्रमशः दिनांक 4 एवं 5 मई, 2013 को बंगलौर, बेलगांव , बेल्लारी , हुबली , मंगलोर, मैसूर तथा उडुपी परीक्षा केन्द्रों पर आयोजित होने वाली सी.ए. फाईनल ग्रुप- I, प्रश्न पत्र- 2-व्यूहरचनात्मक वित्तीय प्रबंध तथा इन्टरमीडिएट ( एकीकृत वृत्तिक सक्षमता ) परीक्षा ग्रुप- Ⅰ, प्रश्न पत्र-2 व्यवसायिक विधियां, नीतिशास्त्र और सम्प्रेषण की परीक्षाएं, स्थगित की जाती हैं, और अब उपरोक्त वर्णित परीक्षाएं क्रमशः दिनांक 18 एवं17 मई, 2013 को पूर्वनिर्धारित परीक्षा केन्द्र एवं समयानुसार (अपराह्न 2 से 5 बजे ) आयोजित की जायेंगी । पूर्व निर्गमित प्रवेश पत्र मान्य रहेंगे ।
तथापि, यह स्पष्ट किया जाता है कि, अन्य सभी शहरों के परीक्षा कार्यक्रम के संबंध में इंस्टीट्यूट की अधिसूचना संख्या-13-सी.ए. (परीक्षा ) /मई/2013 , दिनांक19 दिसम्बर, 2013 अपरिवर्तित रहेगी ।

संपा.वि. /शैक्षणिक-1/संशोधन/2012-13--पांडिच्चेरी विश्वविद्यालय के अधिनियम 1985 (1985 के 53 ) की धारा 27 और विश्वविद्यालय की संविधियों से प्राप्त अधिकारों का प्रयोग करते हुए विश्वविद्यालय के शैक्षणिक परिषद् एवं कार्यकारिणी परिषद् द्वारा " शैक्षणिक मामलों को नियंत्रित करने वाले अध्यादेशों " में निम्न संशोधन किया गया है जो विश्वविद्यालय के अधिनियम की धारा 44 के आवश्यकतानुसार यहां प्रकाशित किया जाता है ।
शैक्षणिक अध्यादेश में संशोधन
(i ) अध्याय xx के अनुलग्नक III की उपधारा 8 (vii ) में उपधारा 8 (vi ) के बाद निम्न प्रकार जोड़ा जाएगा : --
" नव गठित केन्द्रीय शैक्षिक संस्थानों/वैज्ञानिक संस्थानों में प्रतिनियुक्ति"
केन्द्रीय सरकारी या केन्द्रीय स्वायत्त निकायों के अधीन कार्यरत संकाय सदस्य, अधिकारी एवं अन्य कर्मचारी तथा केन्द्रीय शिक्षा संस्थानों (सी. ई.आई. )/वैज्ञानिक संस्थानों में इस प्रस्ताव के अनुमोदन की तिथि तक जो पहले ही प्रतिनियुक्ति पर थे और जो के. सि. से. ( पेंशन ) नियम 1972 या 01.01.2004 के पहले तक के समरूप पेंशन योजना के हितभोगी थे, वे दस साल की अवधि तक दीर्घकालिक प्रतिनियुक्ति मिलने

पर क्रमागत सेवाकाल के दौरान इस संबंध में वर्तमान भर्ती नियम के प्रावधानों तथा इस तरह के अन्य नियमों/ आदेशों में छूट के लिए हर मामले में विभिन्न संवर्ग अधिकारियों से सतत् प्रतिनियुक्ति के लिए निर्दिष्ट अनुमोदन लिये बिना शामिल होने या सेवारत रहने के हकदार होंगे । नव गठित के. शै . स. /वैज्ञानिक संस्थानों में प्रतिनियुक्ति/विदेश सेवा के तहत् भर्ती किए गए सभी पदों को प्रतिनियुक्ति की पूरी अवधि के दौरान आविलंब आमेलन नियम से छूट प्राप्त माना जाएगा । ऐसे कर्मचारियों को बढ़ाई गई छुट्टी उनकी अधिवर्षिता से अधिक न हो और की अनुपास्थिति उन ऋणद संस्थानों/विभागों के साथ पुनर्ग्रहणाधिकार रखने का विकल्प होगा जहां से प्रतिनियुक्ति/विदेश सेवा के तहत् आये हैं । कर्मचारी जो केन्द्रीय शिक्षा संस्थानों /वैज्ञानिक संस्थानों जैसी नए संस्थानों में कार्यरत हैं उनकी सेवानिवृत्ति/आमेलन के दौरान परिवार पेंशन सहित

No. 13 -CA(Exam. )/M/2013/ II-In partial modification ofthe Institute's Notification No. 13 -CA (Exam .)/M/2013 dated 19th December , 2012, it is notified for general informationthat in view of the Election to the Karnataka State Legislative Assembly, Group- 1 , Paper 2 , Strategic Financial Management of Final Examination and Group- 1 , Paper-2 , Business Laws , Ethics and Communications of Intermediate (Integrated Professional Competence ) Examination scheduled to be held on4th and 5th May, 2013 at Bangalore, Belgaum, Bellary,Hubli , Mangalore, Mysore and Udupi centre (s ) stand postponed and the examination in the said paper(s) shall now be held on 18th May and 17th May 2013 respectively at the same venue and at the same timings i.e. 2.00 PM to 5.00 PM. Admit Cards already issued would remain valid.
However, it is clarified that the schedule of examinations notified vide Notification No. 13 - CA (Exam)/ M/2013 dated 19thDecember 2012 in respect of all other cities shall remain unchanged.

No.PU/Aca - I/Amendments/2012-13/- In exercise ofthe power conferred under Section 27 of the Pondicherry University Act , 1985 (53 of 1985) and the Statutes of the University, the following amendment have been made by the Academic Council and Executive Council of the University to the " Ordinances Governing Academic matters " and published hereunder as per requirement under Section 44 of the University Act.
AMENDMENT TO THE ACADEMIC ORDINANCE
(i) InChapter-XX Annexure III Clause 8 (vii) shall be added after clause 8 (vi ) as follows:

उनकी पेंशन अदायगी की जिम्मेदारी उन विभागों की होगी जहां उनकी सेवा ऋणद संगठन/संबंधित विभाग में बनी रहेगी , उनके पेंशन हितलाभ के परिकलन में, उन्हें वास्तव में अपने पद पर प्राप्त उच्चतर वेतनमान एवं ग्रेड वेतन और नई केन्द्रीय शिक्षा संस्थानों/वैज्ञानिक संस्थानों में जिन पदों पर उनकी नियुक्ति प्रतिनियुक्ति/विदेशी सेवा के तहत् हुई , उस पद पर के ग्रेड वेतन आदि बातों को ध्यान में रखा जाएगा बशर्ते कि संबंधित आदाता संगठनों द्वारा समय - समय पर उन कर्मचारियों से उच्चतर वेतन पर प्राप्त छुट्टी वेतन और पेंशन अंशदान की अदायगी निर्धारित दर पर हुई हो ।

"Deputation to newly established Central Educational Institutions / Scientific Institutions "
The faculty, Officers and other employees working under the Central Government or Central Autonomous Bodies including those already on deputation to the newly set up Central Educational Institutions (CEIs )/Science Institutions onthe date ofapproval of this proposal and who are covered under the CCS (Pension) Rules, 1972 or an identical pension scheme before 01.01.2004 , shall be entitled tojoin/ continue to work in the newly set up CEIs/Science Institutions on long term deputation basis for a period of ten years at a stretch without seeking any specific approval on a case to case basis fromdifferent cadre authorities for their continued deputation in relaxation ofprovisions under the existing recruitment rules and such other rules/orders in this regard. All the posts in the newly set up CEIs/ Science Institutions filled on deputation/ foreign service basis would be deemed to have been exempted from the rule of immediate absorption for the total period of deputation. Further, during the period of this extended leave of absence not exceeding the date of their superannuation , such employees will have the option to retain their lien with the lending Organization/ Department from which they proceeded on deputation/foreign service .
"While the responsibility for payment of pension including family pension in respect of such employees on their retirement/ absorption in the new CEIs/Science Institutions , would continue to be with the lending Organisation/ Department concerned, their entitlement to the grant of pensionary benefits shall be calculated with reference to the pay actually drawn by such employees in the higher scale of pay/pay band and grade pay attached to such posts in new CEIs/Science Institutions to which they have been appointed ondeputation/foreign service basis . This would be subject to payment of both leave salary and pension contribution at prescribed rate with reference to such higher pay drawn by these employees from time to time by the borrowing organization concerned.
