आ.अ. 27.—लोक प्रतिनिध्त्वि अध्निियम, 1950 ;1950 का 43द्ध कीे धरा 13-क की उप-धरा ;1द्ध द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए भारत निर्वाचन आयोग अंडमान एवं निकोबार द्वीपसमूह संघ राज्य क्षेत्रा के प्रशासन के परामर्श से एतद्द्वारा, श्रीमती रीना रे, आई ए. एस. ;ए.जी.एम.यू.ः 1984द्ध, को उनके कार्यभार ग्रहण करने की तारीख से आगामी आदेशों तक के लिए अंडमान एवं निकोबार द्वीपसमूह संघ राज्य क्षेत्रा के मुख्य निर्वाचन अध्किारी के रूप में नामित करता है ।
2. श्रीमती रीना रे, आई ए. एस., अंडमान एवं निकोबार द्वीपसमूह संघ राज्य क्षेत्रा प्रशासन के अध्ीन सभी पदभार या किसी कार्य के पदभारों को तत्काल सौंप देंगी या धरण करना समाप्त कर देंगी, जो कि वे ऐसा पदभार ग्रहण करने से पहले धरण कर रही थीं।
3. श्रीमती रीना रे, आई ए. एस., मुख्य निर्वाचन अध्किारी, अंडमान एवं निकोबार द्वीपसमूह संघ राज्य क्षेत्रा के रूप मेें कार्य करते हुए अंडमान एवं निकोबार द्वीपसमूह संघ राज्य क्षेत्रा प्रशासन के अध्ीन किसी भी प्रकार का कोई अतिरिक्त कार्यभार ग्रहण नहीं करेंगी सिवाय इसके कि उनको संघ राज्य सचिवालय में निर्वाचन विभाग की प्रभारी, सरकार की सचिव पदाभिहित किया जायेगा ।
[सं. 154/एएण्डएन/2013/नि.यो.अ.] 142 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : MAY 25, 2013/JYAISTHA 4, 1935 [PART II—SEC. 3(iii)] ELECTION COMMISSION OF INDIA New Delhi, the 21st May, 2013 O.N. 27.— In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 13A of the Representation of the People Act, 1950 (43 of 1950) the Election Commission of India, in consultation with the Government of Andaman and Nicobar Islands, hereby nominates Smt. Rina Ray, IAS (AGMU: 1984) as the Chief Electoral Officer for the UT of Andaman and Nicobar Islands with effect from the date she takes over charge and until further orders.
2. Smt. Rina Ray, IAS shall cease to hold and hand over forthwith the charge of all or any charges of work under the Administration of Union Territory of Andaman and Nicobar Islands, which she may be holding before such assumption of office.
3. Smt. Rina Ray, IAS while functioning as the Chief Electoral Officer, Andaman and Nicobar Islands shall not hold any additional charge whatsoever under the Administration of the Union Territory of Andaman and Nicobar Islands except that she should be designated Secretary to Administration of the Union Territory of the Andaman & Nicobar Islands incharge of Election Department in the Union Territory Secretariat.
