सं. 1 सी.ए. (7)(152)/2013--चार्टर्ड एकाउन्टेन्ट्स विनियम, 1988 के विनियम 159(1) के अनुसरण में दि इंस्टीट्यूट ऑफ चार्टर्ड एकाउन्टेन्ट्स ऑफ इण्डिया की परिषद्, मध्य भारत प्रादेशिक परिषद् की एक शाखा की दिनांक 01 जून, 2013 से सीकर जिला, सीकर, राजस्थान में स्थापना को अधिसूचित करती है।
यह शाखा मध्य भारत प्रादेशिक परिषद् की सीकर शाखा के नाम से
जानी जायेगी।
इस शाखा के क्षेत्राधिकार के अंतर्गत सीकर जिले के साथ-साथ
निम्नलिखित शहर/नगर आयेंगेः--
1. सीकर
2. खण्डेला
3. लोसल
4. पलसाना
5. रिंगस

जैसा कि विनियम 159(3) में विहित किया गया है, यह शाखा परिषद् के नियंत्रण, पर्यवेक्षण तथा निर्देशों के अधीन रहते हुए मध्य भारत प्रादेशिक परिषद् की मार्फत कार्य करेगी तथा ऐसे निर्देशों का पालन करेगी, जो परिषद्् द्वारा समय-समय पर जारी किये जायेंगे।

यह शाखा उत्तर भारत प्रादेशिक परिषद् की सिरसा शाखा के नाम से
जानी जायेगी।
इस शाखा के क्षेत्राधिकार के अंतर्गत सिरसा जिले के साथ-साथ

यह शाखा उत्तर भारत प्रादेशिक परिषद् की रेवाड़ी शाखा के नाम से
जानी जायेगी।
इस शाखा के क्षेत्राधिकार के अंतर्गत रेवाड़ी जिले के सभी शहर/नगर
आयेंगे।
जैसा कि विनियम 159(3) में विहित किया गया है, यह शाखा परिषद् के नियंत्रण, पर्यवेक्षण तथा निर्देशों के अधीन रहते हुए उत्तर भारत प्रादेशिक परिषद् की मार्फत कार्य करेगी तथा ऐसे निर्देशों का पालन करेगी, जो परिषद्् द्वारा समय-समय पर जारी किये जायेंगे।

यह शाखा पश्चिमी भारत प्रादेशिक परिषद् की नांदेद शाखा के नाम
से जानी जायेगी।
इस शाखा के क्षेत्राधिकार के अंतर्गत नांदेद जिले के सभी शहर/नगर
आयेंगे।

से जानी जायेगी।

No. 1-CA(7)/(152)/2013—In pursuance of Regulation 159(1A) of the Chartered Accountants Regulations 1988, the Council of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India is pleased to notify the setting up of a Branch of Central India Regional Council at Sikar District at Sikar, Rajasthan with effect from June 01, 2013.
The Branch shall be known as Sikar Branch of the Central
India Regional Council.
The jurisdiction of the Branch shall, besides Sikar District,
include the following places :—
1. Sikar
2. Khandela
3. Losal
4. Palsana
5. Ringas
As prescribed under Regulation 159(3), the Branch shall function subject to the control, supervision and Directions of the Council through the Central India Regional Council and shall carry out such Directions as may, from time to time, be issued by the Council.
