डॉ. सुनील जोगी, सदस्य के स्थान पर डॉ. प्रदीप दीक्षित को सदस्य के
रूप में प्रतिस्थापित किया जाए।

आदेश दिया जाता है कि ''संकल्प'' की एक-एक प्रति सभी राज्य सरकारों और संघ शासित क्षेत्रों के प्रशासकों, प्रधानमंत्री कार्यालय, राष्ट्रपति सचिवालय, मंत्रिमंडल सचिवालय, संसदीय कार्य मंत्रालय, योजना आयोग, लोक सभा सचिवालय, राज्य सभा सचिवालय, भारत के नियंत्रक एवं महालेखा परीक्षक, लेखा नियंत्रक, कोयला मंत्रालय और भारत सरकार के सभी मंत्रालयों/विभागों तथा कोयला मंत्रालय और इसके अधीन सभी कंपनियों/ अधीनस्थ कार्यालयों/उपक्रमों/स्वायत्तशासी निकायों को भेजी जाए।
यह भी आदेश दिया जाता है कि इस संकल्प को सर्वसाधारण की जानकारी

सं. 2-18/2011-नीति निर्धारण-I--मानव संसाधन विकास मंत्रालय, उच्चतर शिक्षा विभाग के दिनांक 15 फरवरी, 2013 के संकल्प के साथ पठित दिनांक 18 मई, 2012 के समसंख्यक संकल्प में आंशिक संशोधन करते हुए भारत सरकार ने केन्द्रीय शिक्षा सलाहकार बोर्ड (सीएबीई) के सदस्य के रूप में सुश्री साधनाला शांति राजश्री, सामाजिक कार्यकर्ता को नामित करने का निर्णय लिया है जो सुश्री शबनम हाशमी के स्थान पर संकल्प के अनुबंध 8(ग) के अंतर्गत विशेष अभिरूचि का प्रतिनिधित्व करेंगी।
2. उपर्युक्त संकल्प का अनुबंध उक्त संशोधन को शामिल करने के लिए
संशोधित कर दिया जाएगा।
