का.नि.आ. 56.—नौसेना अध्निियम, 1957 ;1957 का 62द्ध के खण्ड 184 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का पालन करते हुए, केन्द्रीय सरकार एतद्द्वारा नौसेना ;अनुशासन तथा विविध् प्रावधनद्ध विनियम, 1965 में और संशोध्न करते हुए निम्नलिखित विनियम बनाती है, ये हैं :—
1. ;1द्ध इन नियमोंं को नौसेना ;अनुशासन तथा विविध् प्रावधनद्ध संशोध्न विनियम, 2013 कहा जाए ।
;2द्ध वे शासकीय राजपत्रा में प्रकाशित होने की तारीख को प्रवृत्त होंगे ।
2. नौसेना ;अनुशासन तथा विविध् प्रावधनद्ध विनियम, 1965 के विनियम 21 उप विनियम ;2द्ध में, निम्नलिखित खण्ड को प्रतिस्थापित किया जाएगा :—
2. कार्यकारी अध्किारी, यदि वह कमांडर/कैप्टन/कमोडोर रैंक का अध्किारी है, तो उसे निम्नलिखित दण्ड देने की शक्ति प्रत्यायोजित की जाए, :—

S.R.O. 56.—In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 184 of the Navy Act, 1957 (62 of 1957), the Central Government hereby makes the following regulations further to amend the Navy (Discipline and Miscellaneous Provisions) Regulations, 1965, namely :—
1. (1) These regulations may be called the Navy (Discipline and Miscellaneous Provisions) Amendment Regulations, 2013.
(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
2. In the Navy (Discipline and Miscellaneous Provisions) Regulations, 1965, in Regulation 21 Sub Regulations (2), the following clause shall be substituted, namely :—
(2) The Executive Officer, if he is an officer of the rank of Commander/Captain/Commodore, may be delegated the power to award following punishments, namely :—

Note :- The Navy (Discipline and Miscellaneoud Provisions) Regulation, 1965 were published in the Gazette of India, Part II, Section 4 under the Ministry of Defence Notification No. SRO 2E, dated the 6th February, 1965 and no further amendments have been made in this Regulations.

CORRIGENDUM
New Delhi, the 4th September, 2013
S.R.O. 57.—In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 of the Constitution, the President hereby makes the following rules to amend the Recruitment Rules to the posts of Multi Tasking Staff in the Defence Accounts Department, 2010.
1. Short title and Commencement : (1) These rules may be called the Defence Account Department (Multi Tasking Staff) Recruitment Rules, 2011.
(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
