शबैंवि.केंका.बीएसडी III/01/12.29.002/2013-14--बैंककारी विनियमन अधिनियम, 1949 (सहकारी समितियों पर यथालागू) की धारा 56 के साथ पठित धारा 36(क) की उपधारा (2) के तहत् प्राप्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए भारतीय रिज़र्व बैंक एतद्द्वारा यह अधिसूचित करता है कि एवीबी एम्पलाईज़ को-ऑपरेटिव क्रेडिट सोसाईटी एवं बैंक लि., दुर्गापुर, पश्चिम बंगाल बैंककारी विनियमन अधिनियम, 1949 की धारा 56 के साथ पठित धारा 5 (गगi) में यथा परिभाषित एक 'को-ऑपरेटिव बैंक' नहीं रह गया है और किए गए कार्य या अधिसूचना से पूर्व किए जाने के लिए छोड़े गए कार्य के अतिरिक्त उक्त सहकारी बैंक पर लागू अधिनियम के अंतर्गत आने वाले सभी प्रावधान अधिसूचना के दिनांक से उस पर लागू नहीं होंगे।

बैंपविवि. सं. आरईटी. बीसी. 32/12.02.001/2013-14--समय-समय पर यथा संशोधित बैंककारी विनियमन अधिनियम, 1949 (1949 का 10) की धारा 24 की उप-धारा (2क) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए भारतीय रिज़र्व बैंक एतद्द्वारा यह अधिसूचित करता है कि 17 अप्रैल, 2012 की पहले की अधिसूचना बैंपविवि. सं. आरईटी. बीसी. 94/12.02.001/2011-12 निम्नानुसार संशोधित की गई हैः 3822 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA, SEPTEMBER 28, 2013 (ASVINA 6, 1935) [PART III—SEC. 4 RESERVE BANK OF INDIA

UBD.CO.BSD III/01/12.29.002/2013-14—In exercise of the powers conferred under the sub-section (2) of Section 36A of the Banking Regulation Act, 1949 read with Section 56 of the said Act, the Reserve Bank of India hereby notifies that AVB Employees' Co-operative Credit Society and Bank Ltd., Durgapur, West Bengal has ceased to be a 'co-operative bank' as defined in Section 5 (cci) of the Banking Regulation Act, 1949 read with Section 56 of the said Act and all the provisions of the said Act applicable to the said co-operative bank shall cease to apply to it from the date of publication of this Notification, except in respect of the things done or omitted to be done prior to this Notification.

DBOD. No. Ret. BC 32/12.02.001/2013-14—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2A) of Section 24 of the Banking Regulation Act, 1949 (10 of 1949), as amended from time to time, the Reserve Bank of India hereby notifies that the earlier Notification DBOD. No. Ret. BC. 94/12.02.001/2011-12 dated April 17, 2012, stands modified as under:
"Securities offered as collateral to the Reserve Bank of India for availing liquidity assistance from Marginal Standing Facility (MSF) upto 2.5 per cent of the total Net Demand and Time Liabilities (NDTL) in India carved out of the required SLR portfolio of the bank concerned. The higher MSF limit of 0.5 per cent of NDTL will be available only for Special Repo Window for liquidity requirement of Mutual Funds. This additional limit will be available for a temporary period till further notice."
