एमसीएक्स स्टॉक एक्सचेंज लिमिटेड की उप-विधियों के लिए प्रस्तावित संशोधन नीचे दिए गए हैं और इन्हें आलोचना के लिए प्रकाशित किया जाता है। उप-विधियों पर कोई प्रेक्षण रखने वाला कोई व्यक्ति इन्हें राजपत्र में इस प्रकाशन की तारीख से पन्द्रह दिन के अंदर पंजीकृत पते पर अधोहस्ताक्षरी को भेज सकता है। पन्द्रह दिन के पश्चात् प्राप्त प्रेक्षणों को संशोधन पर विचार करते समय ध्यान में नहीं रखा जाएगा।
सेबी के अनुमोदन के अध्यधीन, एक्सचेंज की उप-विधियों में
निम्नलिखित संशोधन करने का प्रस्ताव किया जाता है ः--
अध्याय V--प्रतिभूतियों में संव्यवहार
उप-विधि 12 के पश्चात् एक नई उप-विधि 12क अंतःस्थापित की
जाएगी, नामतः--
''स्टॉक एक्सचेंज पर संव्यवहार के लिए अनुमति दी गई प्रतिभूति के जारीकर्ता पर जुर्माने
(12क) संव्यवहार के लिए अनुमति दी गई प्रतिभूतियों का जारीकर्ता सूचीकरण करार के किसी प्रावधान या उनमें संदर्भ द्वारा शामिल की गई कोई अपेक्षा या किसी अन्य विनियामक अपेक्षा के लिए विनिर्दिष्ट गैर-अनुपालनों की दशा में संबद्ध प्राधिकारी द्वारा यथा निर्धारित जुर्माना अदा करने का उत्तरदायी होगा। लगाया जाने वाला जुर्माना समय-समय पर संबद्ध प्राध्किारी द्वारा यथा विनिर्दिष्ट जुर्मानों के पैमाने के अनुसार होगा।''

Notice is hereby given for general information that the members of MTI TELECOM EQUIPMENTS INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED at their Extraordinary General Meeting of the Company held on Saturday, the 22th day of June, 2013 at its registered office, have passed the following Special Resolution to wind up the above Company voluntarily:
"RESOLVED THAT having regard to the declaration made by the Board of Directors dated June 17, 2013 and delivered to the Registrar of Companies under Section 488 of the Companies Act, 1956 stating that the Company has no debts and the Company be wound up voluntarily as a Members' Voluntary Winding-Up pursuant to Section 484(1) (h) and other applicable provisions of the Companies Act, 1956.
RESOLVED FURTHER THAT Mr. Vishal Arora, Practicing Company Secretary, be and is hereby appointed as the Liquidator of the Company pursuant to Section 490 of the1234 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA, DECEMBER 21, 2013 (AGRAHAYANA 30, 1935) [PART IV ] Companies Act, 1956, for the purpose of such winding-up and that he be paid a remuneration of Rs. 25,000/- in addition to expenses incurred for this purpose.
"RESOLVED FURTHER THAT Mr. Vishal Arora, Liquidator, be and is hereby authorized to exercise all or any of the powers for the purpose of such winding-up as specified under Section 512 and 546 and as given under sub-section (1) & clauses (i), (ii), (iii), (iv) & (v) of sub- section (2) of section 457 of the Companies Act, 1956."

Notice is hereby given in pursuance of Section 497 that Final General Meeting of the members of the above named Company will be held on December 16, 2013 for the purpose of having an account laid before them showing the manner in which the winding up has been conducted and the property of the Company disposed off and of hearing any explanation that may be given by the Liquidator and also of determining by a Special Resolution of the Company, the manner in which the books, accounts and documents of the Company and of the Liuquidator shall be disposed off.

The proposed amendment to the Bye-laws of MCX Stock Exchange Limited, are given hereunder and is published for criticism. Any person having any observations on the proposed amendment to the Bye-laws can send the same to undersigned at the registered address within fifteen days from the date of this publication in the Gazette. The observation received after the fifteen days, will not be considered when the amendment is taken for final consideration.
Subject to SEBI's approval, it is proposed to make the
following amendment in Bye-Laws of the Exchange:-
Chapter V - Dealings in Securities
After Bye-law12, a new Bye-law 12A shall be inserted,
namely:-
"Fines on Issuer of Security Admitted for Dealing on the Stock Exchange
(12A) The issuer of securities admitted to dealings shall be liable to pay a fine as determined by the relevant authority in case of specified non- compliances with any provision of the listing agreement or any requirement incorporated by reference therein or any other regulatory requirement. The fine to be levied shall be in accordance with the scale of fines as specified by the relevant authority from time to time."
