सं. एचओःएचआरःआईआरःएमएसएसःआईः523--बैंककारी कम्पनी (उपक्रमों का अर्जन और अंतरण) अधिनियम, 1970 की धारा 19 (डी) और बैंककारी कम्पनी (उपक्रमों का अर्जन और अंतरण) अधिनियम, 1980 की धारा 19 के तहत् प्रदत्त अधिकारों का प्रयोग करते हुए बैंक ऑफ़ इंडिया के निदेशक मंडल, भारतीय रिज़र्व बैंक से परामर्श के पश्चात् और केन्द्र सरकार की पूर्व मंजूरी से, एतद्द्वारा बैंक ऑफ़ इंडिया अधिकारी कर्मचारी (सेवा निवृत्ति के पश्चात् निजी क्षेत्र की कम्पनियों में नौकरी स्वीकार करना) विनियमन, 2000 को संशोधित करने हेतु निम्नलिखित विनियम करता है, यथाः--
1. (1) ये विनियमन बैंक ऑफ़ इंडिया अधिकारी कर्मचारी (सेवा निवृत्ति के पश्चात् निजी क्षेत्र की कंपनियों में नौकरी स्वीकार करना) विनियमन, 2013 कहलाएंगे;
(2) ये विनियमन शासकीय राजपत्र में उनके प्रकाशन की तारीख से प्रभावी होंगे।
2. बैंक ऑफ़ इंडिया अधिकारी कर्मचारी (सेवा निवृत्ति) के पश्चात् निजी क्षेत्र की कंपनियों में नौकरी स्वीकार करना) विनियमन, 2000 के विनियम 4 के उप-विनियम (1) में, ''दो वर्ष'' शब्दों के बदले ''एक वर्ष'' शब्दों का प्रयोग किया जाएगा।

No. HO:HR:IR:MSS:I-523—In exercise of the powers conferred by section 19(d) of the Banking Companies (Acquisition and Transfer of Undertakings) Act, 1970 and Section 19 of the Banking Companies (Acquisition and Transfer of Undertakings) Act, 1980, the Board of Directors of Bank of India, after consultation with Reserve Bank of India and with the previous sanction of the Central Government, hereby makes the following regulations further to amend the Bank of India Officer Employees' (Acceptance of Jobs in Private Sector Concerns after Retirement) Regulations, 2000 namely:—
1. (1) These Regulations may be called Bank of India Officer Employees' (Acceptance of Jobs in Private Sector Cencerns after Retirement) Regulations, 2013;
(2) These regulations shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
2. In Regulation 4 of the Bank of India Officer Employees' (Acceptance of Jobs in Private Sector Concerns after Retirement) Regulations 2000 in sub-regulation (1) for the words "two years", the words "one year" shall be substituted.
