मध्य बिहार ग्रामीण बैंक

सं. ............... प्रादेशिक ग्रामीण बैंक अधिनियम, 1976 (1976 का 21) की धारा 30 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए मध्य बिहार ग्रामीण बैंक का निदेशक मण्डल पंजाब नेशनल बैंक जोकि प्रायोजक बैंक और राष्ट्रीय कृषि और ग्रामीण विकास बैंक से परामर्श करके और केन्द्र सरकार की पूर्व मंजूरी से, एतद्द्वारा, मध्य बिहार ग्रामीण बैंक (अधिकारी एवं कर्मचारी) सेवा विनियमावली, 2010 को संशोधन करने के लिए निम्नलिखित विनियम बनाता है, नामतः :--
1. (1) इन विनियमावलियों को मध्य बिहार ग्रामीण बैंक सेवा (संशोधन) विनियमावली, 2013 कहा जाएगा।
(2) वे सरकारी राजपत्र में अपने प्रकाशन की तारीख से प्रवृत्त होंगे।
2. मध्य बिहार ग्रामीण बैंक (अधिकारी एवं कर्मचारी) सेवा विनियमावली 2010 (जिसे इसके पश्चात् उक्त विनियमावली कहा जाएगा), नामत :-- (छ) 'सक्षम प्राधिकारी' से तात्पर्य है
(i) स्केल-III, IV और V के अधिकारी के संबंध में अध्यक्ष
(ii) स्केल-I और II के संबंध में महाप्रबंधक; और
(iii) समूह 'ख' कार्यालय सहायक (बहुद्देशीय) और समूह 'ग' कार्यालय परिचारक (बहुद्देशीय) जैसे कर्मचारियों के संबंध में निदेशक मंडल द्वारा यथा निर्धारित अधिकारी जो स्केल-IV के स्तर से कम न हो।
3. उक्त विनियमावली के लिए विनियम 50 में खंड (i) और (ii) के लिए निम्नलिखित खंडों को प्रतिस्थापित किया जाएगा, नामत :-- (i) निदेशक मंडल, जहां अध्यक्ष सक्षम प्राधिकारी है;
(ii) अध्यक्ष, जहां महाप्रबंधक सक्षम प्राधिकारी है; और
(iii) महाप्रबंधक, जहां सक्षम प्राधिकारी का निर्णय विनियम 2 के उप विनियम (1) के खंड (छ) के उप-खंड (iii) के अन्तर्गत निदेशक मंडल द्वारा किया जाता है।

असम ग्रामीण विकास बैंक

सं. AGVB/PER/ESTT-B/08/01/2012-13--प्रादेशिक ग्रामीण बैंक अधिनियम, 1976 (1976 का 21) की धारा 30 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए असम ग्रामीण विकास बैंक का निदेशक मंडल युनाइटेड बैंक ऑफ इंडिया जोकि प्रायोजक बैंक और राष्ट्रीय कृषि और ग्रामीण विकास बैंक से परामर्श करके और केन्द्र सरकार की पूर्व मंजूरी से, एतद्द्वारा, असम ग्रामीण विकास बैंक (अधिकारी एवं कर्मचारी) सेवा विनियमावली, 2010 को संशोध्ति करने के लिए निम्नलिखित विनियम बनाता है, नामतः :--
1. (1) इन विनियमावलियों को असम ग्रामीण विकास बैंक सेवा (संशोधन) विनियमावली, 2013 कहा जाएगा।

No. ………… In exercise of powers conferred by Section 30 of the Regional Rural Banks Act, 1976 (21 of 1976) the Board of Directors of Madhya Bihar Gramin Bank after consultation with Punjab National Bank being the Sponsor Bank and the National Bank for Agriculture and Rural Development and with the previous sanction of the Central Government hereby makes the following regulations to amend the Madhya Bihar Gramin Bank (Officers and Employees) Service Regulations, 2010, namely:—
1. (1) These regulations may be called Madhya Bihar Gramin Bank Service (Amendment) Regulations, 2013.
(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
2. In regulation 2 of the Madhya Bihar Gramin Bank (Officers and Employees) Service Regulations, 2010 (Year of the publication of the regulations) (hereinafter referred to as the said regulations) in sub-regulation (1), for clause (g), the following clause shall be substituted, namely:—
(g) "Competent Authority" means,-
"(i) the Chairman in respect of Officer Scale-III, IV and V;

3.In regulation 50 of the said regulations, for clauses (i) and (ii), the following clauses shall be substituted, namely:-
"(i) the Board, where the Chairman is Competent Authority;
(ii) the Chairman, where the General Manager is Competent Authority; and
(iii) the General Manager, where the Competent Authority is decided by the Board under sub-clause (iii) of clause (g) of sub-regulation (1) of regulation2."
