संकल्प

एफ. सं. 5(1)-बी(पी.डी.)/2014--आम जानकारी के लिए यह घोषित किया जाता है कि वर्ष 2014-2015 के दौरान सामान्य भविष्य निधि तथा उसी प्रकार की अन्य निधियों के अभिदाताओं की कुल जमा रकमों पर दिए जाने वाले ब्याज की दर 8.7% (आठ पाइंट सात प्रतिशत) प्रतिवर्ष रहेगी। यह दर 1.4.2014 से आरम्भ होने वाले वित्तीय वर्ष के दौरान लागू रहेगी। संबंधित निधियां निम्नलिखित हैंः--

1. सामान्य भविष्य निधि (केंद्रीय सेवाएं)।

2. अंशदायी भविष्य निधि (भारत)।

3. अखिल भारतीय सेवा भविष्य निधि।

4. राज्य रेलवे भविष्य निधि।

5. सामान्य भविष्य निधि (रक्षा सेवाएं)।

6. भारतीय आयुध विभाग भविष्य निधि।

7. भारतीय आयुध कारखाना कामगार भविष्य निधि।

पुनर्गठित अखिल भारतीय हस्तशिल्प बोर्ड में बोर्ड की मौजूदा क्षमता 79 सदस्य होगी जिसमें अध्यक्ष, सह अध्यक्ष, उपाध्यक्ष, सदस्य सचिव सहित 26 सरकारी सदस्य और 53 गैर-सरकारी सदस्य हैं।

सं. 2-18/2011-नीति निर्धारण-I--मानव संसाधन विकास मंत्रालय, उच्चतर शिक्षा विभाग के दिनांक 18 मई, 2012 के समसंख्यक संकल्प के साथ पठित दिनांक 15 फरवरी, 2013 और 31 मई, 2013 के संकल्पों में आंशिक संशोधन करते हुए भारत सरकार ने केन्द्रीय शिक्षा सलाहकार बोर्ड (सीएबीई) के सदस्य के रूप में डॉ. विद्या येरावेडकर, प्रधान निदेशक, सिमबायोसिस, पुणे को नामित करने का निर्णय लिया है जो संकल्प के अनुबंध की क्रम संख्या 8(ग)(viii) के अंतर्गत विशेष अभिरूचि का प्रतिनिध्त्वि करेंगी।

2. उपर्युक्त संकल्प का अनुबंध उक्त संशोधन को शामिल करने के

निमित संशोधित माना जाएगा।

यह आदेश दिया जाता है कि संकल्प की एक प्रति सामान्य सूचना हेतु भारत के राजपत्र में प्रकाशित की जाए और भारत के राजपत्र की एक मुद्रित प्रति अधोहस्ताक्षरी को भेज दी जाए।

F. No. 5(1)-B(PD)/2014—It is announced for general information that during the year 2014-2015, accumulations at the credit of subscribers to the General Provident Fund and other similar funds shall carry interest at the rate of 8.7% (Eight point seven per cent) per annum. This rate will be in force during the financial year beginning on 01.04.2014. The funds concerned are:—

1. The General Provident Fund (Central Services).

2. The Contributory Provident Fund (India).

3. The All India Services Provident Fund.

4. The State Railway Provident Fund.

5. The General Provident Fund (Defence Services).

6. The Indian Ordnance Department Provident Fund.

FUNCTIONS:

The Board shall advise the Government of India on matters relating to Archaeology in India referred to it by its members. 2. The Board shall meet once in a year, the dates and venue of the meeting to be decided by the Chairman.
