The approval of the forward Markets Commission, under Section 11(1) of the Forward Contracts (Regulation) Act, 1952 (74 of 1952) read with the Government of India, Ministry of Consumer Affairs, Food and Public Distribution, Notification No. S.O. 7(E) dated 3rd January, 2000 has been obtained on the 14th November, 2013 to the following amendments, made to the Bye-laws of the Surendranagar Cotton Oil & Oilseeds Association Ltd., Surendranagar, and the same have been notified under sub-Section 4 of Section 11 of the said Act.
