सं. 1/2013--बैंकिंग कंपनी (उपक्रमों का अधिग्रहण एवं अंतरण) अधिनियम, 1970 की धारा 19 एवं बैंकिंग कंपनी (उपक्रमों का अधिग्रहण एवं अंतरण) अधिनियम, 1980 की धारा 19 के अधीन प्रत्यायोजित अधिकारों के प्रयोग में युनाइटेड बैंक ऑफ इंडिया के निदेशक मंडल ने भारतीय रिज़़र्व बैंक के साथ परामर्श के बाद केन्द्रीय सरकार की पूर्व मंजूरी के साथ युनाइटेड बैंक ऑफ इंडिया (कर्मचारी) पेंशन विनियमन, 1995 में आगे संशोधन के लिए निम्नलिखित विनियमन किया है, यथाः--
1. (1) ये विनियमन युनाइटेड बैंक ऑफ इंडिया (कर्मचारी) पेंशन (संशोधन) विनियमन, 2013 कहे जाएंगे।
(2) सरकारी राजपत्र में इनके प्रकाशन की तिथि से ही ये प्रभाव में आएंगे।
2. युनाइटेड बैंक ऑफ इंडिया (कर्मचारी) पेंशन विनियमन, 1995 के विनियमन 50 के उप-विनियमन (1) में ''दो वर्ष'' शब्द के स्थान में ''एक वर्ष'' शब्द को प्रतिस्थापित किया जाएगा।

सं. 1/2013--बैंकिंग कंपनी (अधिग्रहण और उपक्रमों का हस्तांतरण) अधिनियम, 1970 की धारा 19 और बैंकिंग कंपनियों (अधिग्रहण और उपक्रमों के अंतरण) अधिनियम, 1980 की धारा 19 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए युनाइटेड बैंक ऑफ इंडिया के निदेशक मंडल भारतीय रिज़़र्व बैंक के साथ और केन्द्र सरकार की पूर्व मंजूरी के साथ परामर्श के बाद, एतद्द्वारा युनाइटेड बैंक ऑफ इंडिया के अधिकारी कर्मचारी, (सेवानिवृत्ति के बाद निजी क्षेत्र से संबंधित नौकरियों की स्वीकृति) 'विनियमन 2000 में संशोधन करने के लिए निम्नलिखित नियमों को बनाता हैः--
(1) इन नियमों को युनाइटेड बैंक ऑफ इंडिया के अधिकारी कर्मचारी (सेवानिवृत्ति के बाद निजी क्षेत्र से संबंधित नौकरियों की स्वीकृति) संशोधन विनियमन, 2013 कहा जा सकता है।
(2) राजपत्र में प्रकाशन की तारीख से ये विनियमन लागू होंगे।
(3) युनाइटेड बैंक ऑफ इंडिया, अधिकारी कर्मचारी (सेवानिवृत्ति के बाद निजी क्षेत्र से संबंधित नौकरियों की स्वीकृति), विनियमन 2000, के विनियमन 4 के उपविनियमन (1) में, शब्द ''दो वर्षों'' के स्थान पर, शब्द ''एक वर्ष'' प्रतिस्थापित किया जाएगा।

1. (1) These regulations may be called UNITED BANK OF INDIA (Employees') Pension (Amendment) Regulations, 2013.
(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
2. In sub-regulation (1) of regulation 50 of the UNITED BANK OF INDIA (Employees') Pension Regulations, 1995 for the words "two years", the words "one year" shall be substituted.
3. In regulation 50 of the UNITED BANK OF INDIA (Employees') Pension Regulations, 1995, in sub regulation (6), for the words "two years", the words "one year" shall be substituted.
