सा. आ. संख्याः एसीसी/दि.वउ./वीसी/1(4)/2009/03/2570 --केन्द्रीय भविष्य निधि आयुक्त को यह प्रतीत होता है कि निम्नलिखित स्थापनाओं से संबंधित नियोक्ता तथा कर्मचारियों का बहुमत इस बात से सहमत है कि कर्मचारी भविष्य निधि और प्रकीर्ण उपबन्ध अधिनियम, 1952 (1952 का 19) के उपबन्ध उक्त स्थापनाओं पर लागू किये जायें ।
