RESOLUTION

Sub:-- Constitution of Executive Council of Rajiv Gandhi National Institute of Youth Development (RGNIYD), Sriperumbudur, Tamil Nadu- regarding.

No. F.15-18/2013-RGNIYD—The undersigned is directed to convey the approval of Competent Authority under the provisions of Rule 12 of Rajiv Gandhi National Institute of Youth Development (RGNIYD), Act, 2012 to the Constitution of a Central body i.e., Executive Council with the following composition:--

2. The term of nominated members of the Executive Council shall be for a period of three years from the date of issue of these orders.

3. The term of office of an ex-officio member of the Executive Council shall be so long as he holds the office of which he is a member.

ORDER

Ordered that a copy of the Resolution be published in the Gazette of India and communicated to all conversed.

Ordered that a copy of this Resolution be communicated to all State Governments and Union Territory Administrations.
