सा.का.नि. 89.—राष्ट्रपति, संविधन के अनुच्छेद 309 के परन्तुक द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, कृृषि मंत्राालय, पशुपालन, डेयरी और मत्स्यपालन विभाग, केंद्रीय हिमशीतित वीर्य उत्पादन और प्रशिक्षण संस्थान, प्रयोगशाला परिचर, प्रयोगशाला सहायक और ज्येष्ठ प्रयोगशाला सहायक ;समूह ''ग'' पदद्ध भर्ती नियम, 2013 का संशोध्न करने के लिए निम्नलिखित नियम बनाते हैं, अर्थात् :—
;1द्ध ;iद्ध इन नियमों का संक्षिप्त नाम कृषि मंत्राालय, पशुपालन, डेयरी और मत्स्यपालन विभाग, केंद्रीय हिमशीतित वीर्य उत्पादन और प्रशिक्षण संस्थान, प्रयोगशाला परिचर, प्रयोगशाला सहायक और ज्येष्ठ प्रयोगशाला सहायक ;समूह ''ग'' पदद्ध भर्ती ;संशोध्नद्ध नियम, 2014 है ।
;iiद्ध ये राजपत्रा में प्रकाशन की तारीख को प्रवृत्त होंगे ।
2. कृषि मंत्राालय, पशुपालन, डेयरी और मत्स्यपालन विभाग, केंद्रीय हिमशीतित वीर्य उत्पादन और प्रशिक्षण संस्थान, प्रयोगशाला परिचर, प्रयोगशाला सहायक और ज्येष्ठ प्रयोगशाला सहायक ;समूह ''ग'' पदद्ध भर्ती नियम, 2013 में ;जिसे इसमें इसके पश्चात्् उक्त नियम कहा गया है द्ध नियम 1, उप-नियम ;1द्ध में हदी पाठ में संशोध्न की आवश्यकता नहीं है ।

G.S.R. 89.—In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to Article 309 of the Constitution, the President hereby makes the following rules to amend the Ministry of Agriculture, Department of Animal Husbandry, Dairying and Fisheries, Central Frozen Semen Production and Training Institute, Laboratory Attendant, Laboratory Assistant and Senior Laboratory Assistant (Group 'C' posts) Recruitment Rules, 2013 namely :-
(1) (i) These rules may be called the Ministry of Agriculture, Department of Animal Husbandry, Dairying and Fisheries, Central Frozen Semen Production and Training Institute, Laboratory Attendant, Laboratory Assistant and Senior Laboratory Assistant (Group 'C' posts) Recruitment (Amendment) Rules, 2014.
(ii) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
2. In the Ministry of Agriculture, Department of Animal Husbandry, Dairying and Fisheries, Central Frozen Semen Production and Training Institute, Laboratory Attendant, Laboratory Assistant and Senior Laboratory Assistant (Group 'C' posts) Recruitment Rules, 2014 (hereinafter referred to as the said rules), rule 1, in sub-rule (1), for the words "and and" the word "and" shall be substituted.
3. In the said rules, in the Schedule, -
(i) against serial number 2 relating to the post of Laboratory Assistant, in column (9), for the entries, the following entries shall be substituted, namely:-
"Two years for direct recruits.";
(ii) against serial number 3 relating to the post of Senior Laboratory Assistant, in column 9, for the entries, the following entries shall be substituted, namely:-
"Two years for direct recruits.".

''टिप्पण :— आयु-सीमा अवधरित करने के लिए निर्णायक तारीख भारत में अभ्यथयों से आवेदन प्राप्त करने के लिए नियत की गई अंतिम तारीख होगी ;न कि वह अंतिम तारीख जो असम, मेघालय, अरुणाचल प्रदेश मिजोरम, मणिपुर, नागालैंड, त्रिापुरा, सिक्किम, जम्मू-कश्मीर राज्य के लद्दाख खंड, हिमाचल प्रदेश के लाहोल और स्पीति जिले तथा चम्बा-जिले के पांगी उपखंड अंदमान और निकोबार द्वीप या लक्षद्वीप संघ राज्य क्षेत्रा के अभ्यथयों के लिए विहित की गई हैद्ध ।''
;iiद्ध स्तंभ 9 में, 'दो वर्ष' शब्दों के पश्चात्् 'सीध्े भर्ती किए गए व्यक्ति के लिए' शब्दों को अंतःस्थापित किया जाएगा ।
3. उक्त नियम की अनुसूची में ज्येष्ठ वैज्ञानिक सहायक पद से संबंध्ति क्रम संख्यांक 2 में -
;iद्ध स्तंभ 6 में, टिप्पण और उसकी प्रविष्टियों के स्थान पर निम्नलिखित रखा जाएगा, अर्थात््ः

1. (1) These rules may be called the Ministry of Agriculture, Fishery Survey of India (Junior Fisheries Scientist and Senior Scientific Assistant) Group 'B' Posts Recruitment (Amendment) Rules, 2014.
(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
2. In the Ministry of Agriculture, Fishery Survey of India (Junior Fisheries Scientist and Senior Scientific Assistant) Group 'B' Posts Recruitment Rules, 2012 (hereinafter referred to as the said rules), in Schedule, against serial number 1 relating to the post of Junior Fisheries Scientist,-478 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : MAY 10, 2014/VAISAKHA 20, 1936 [PART II—SEC. 3(i)] (i) in column 6, for 'Note' and entries thereto, the following shall be substituted, namely:-—
"Note : The crucial date for determining the age limit shall be the closing date for receipt of applications from candidates in India (and not the closing date prescribed for those in Assam, Meghalaya, Arunachal Pradesh, Mizoram, Manipur, Nagaland, Tripura, Sikkim, Ladakh Division of Jammu and Kashmir State, Lahaul and Spiti District and Pangi Sub-Division of Chamba District of Himachal Pradesh, Andaman and Nicobar Islands or Lakshadweep)."
(ii) in column 9, after the words "Two years" the words "for direct recruits." shall be inserted.
3. In the said rules, in Schedule, against serial number 2 relating to the post of Senior Scientific Assistant,- (i) in column 6, for Note and entries thereto, the following shall be substituted, namely:—
"Note : The crucial date for determining the age limit shall be the closing date for receipt of applications from candidates in India (and not the closing date prescribed for those in Assam, Meghalaya, Arunachal Pradesh, Mizoram, Manipur, Nagaland, Tripura, Sikkim, Ladakh Division of Jammuu and Kashmir State, Lahaul and Spiti District and Pangi Sub-Division of Chamba District of Himachal Pradesh, Andaman and Nicobar Islands or Lakshadweep).";
