1. सामान्य निर्देष :-
(i) इंदौर परिक्षेत्र को आवंटित अधिकारियों के पदस्थापना आदेष पोस्टमास्टर जनरल इंदौर द्वारा जारी किये जायेंगे ।
मुख्यालय परिक्षेत्र के पदस्थापना आदेष अलग से जारी किये जावेंगे ।
(ii) पुनः आवंटन हेतु प्राप्त किसी भी प्रकार के आवेदन पर आगामी एक वर्ष तक विचार नहीं किया जाएगा । एक वर्ष की अवधि में ली गई छुटि्टयों की गणना नहीं की जाऐगी ।
(iii) संबंधित अधिकारियों का दायित्व है कि कार्यभार ग्रहण की रिपोर्ट की एक प्रति सहायक पोस्टमास्टर जनरल (अमला एवं सतर्कता) परिमण्डल कार्यालय भोपाल को भेजें ।
(iv) वारिष्ठता अथवा अन्य किसी प्रकार की षिकायत या प्रतिवेदन इस कार्यालय ज्ञापन के जारी होने के 15 दिन के अंदर भेजे जाने चाहिए ।
(v) आवष्यक चार्ज रिपोर्ट इस आदेष के जारी होने के एक सप्ताह के अंदर भेजी जानी चाहिए ।
(vi) यदि कोई अधिकारी इस पदोन्नति हेतु अनिच्छुक है तो वह अपनी असहमति लिखित रूप में परिमण्डल कार्यालय भोपाल को तैनाती आदेष जारी होने से 30 दिन के भीतर भेजे ।
2. सतर्कता/अनुषासनात्मक प्रकरण, यदि कोई हो -
कर्मचारी के संबंध में कोई सतर्कता या अनुषासनात्मक प्रकरण लंबित होने पर इस कार्यालय के स्पष्ट आदेष के बिना उसे कार्यमुक्त नहीं किया जाए । यदि किसी कर्मचारी के विरूद्ध दण्ड जारी है तो उसे दण्डावधि समाप्त होने से पूर्व पदोन्नत न किया जाए । इस संबंध में एक रिपोर्ट तुरंत भेजी जानी चाहिए ।
3. वेतन निर्धारण का विकल्प :
यदि अधिकारी एफ.आर. 22 (प्) (ं) (1) के तहत अपने वेतन तिथि का निर्धारण चाहता है, तो वह पदोन्नति से एक माह के भीतर इस संबंध में अपना विकल्प दे सकता है ।
ए.सी.पी/एम.ए.सी.पी योजना के तहत जिन कर्मचारियों को दूसरी वित्तीय क्रमोन्नति मिल चुकी है वे सहायक अधीक्षक संवर्ग में पदोन्नति पर वेतन निर्धारण हेतु पात्र नहीं है ।

(iv) If there are grievances regarding seniority or any other complaint representation, if any, should be made within 15 days from the date of issue of the order.

(vi) In case, an officer is not willing to accept the promotion, his/her declination letter in writing should be received in CO Bhopal within 30 days from the date of issue of posting order.
4. Vigilance/Disciplinary case, if any :-
In case, any Vig./Disc. case is pending against the officials, they should not be relieved for posting without obtaining specific orders from this office. The officers against whom any punishment is current, they should not be promoted before expiry of currency of punishment. A report in this regard be submitted immediately.
5. Option for fixation of pay:-
If the officer who wishes to give, option for choosing date for fixation of pay under FR 22(I) (a) (i) should do so with in one month from the date of promotion.
The officials who have been granted second financial up-gradation under the scheme of ACP/MACP, are not entitled for pay fixation on promotion to ASP Cadre.

ii) Ad-hoc appointment may be terminated at any point of time without giving any reason therefor. iii) The service rendered on ad-hoc basis in the Under Secretary Grade would not count for the purpose of seniority in that grade or for promotion to next higher grade.
iv) If he has not undergone mandatory Level 'D' Training as enjoined in Cadre Training Plan for the CSS, he will have to undergo the afore-said training as per nominations made by the Department of Personnel & Training.
