लैंकों तीस्ता हाइड्रो पावर लिमिटेड का पंजीकृत कार्यालय प्लांट नं0 4, साफ्टवेयर यूनिट लेआउट, हाईटेक सिटी, माधापुर, हैदराबाद-50008 (आंध्र प्रदेश) भारत। पावर ग्रिड कॉरपोरेशन ऑफ इंडिया लिमिटेड (भारत सरकार का उपक्रम) द्वारा दी गयी लौन्ग ट्रर्म ओपन एक्सेस स्वीकृति के आधार पर पावर की निकासी के लिए लैंको तीस्ता हाइड्रो पावर लिमिटेड, पम्पहोक, थालेतले (सुबीन खोर), दक्षिण सिक्किम 4x125 मेगावाट पावर प्लांट को पावर ग्रिड कॉरपोरेशन के पुलिंग स्टेशन समरदंग,(रैंगपो)े, सिक्कम से जोड़ने के लिए एक समर्पित लाइन का निर्माण कर रहा है। भारत सरकार के विद्युत मंत्रालय द्वारा अनुभाग 68 के तहत दिनांक 4 जून, 2013 को निम्नलिखित ट्रांसमिशन लाइन के निर्माण की अनुमति दी गयी है।

एत्‌तद्वारा सूचित किया जाता है कि लैंको तीस्ता हाइड्रो पावर लिमिटेड, भारत सरकार की विद्युतीय नियम 2003 के अनुभाग संख्या 164 के तहत बिजली वाहिनी या बिजली यंत्र प्रस्थापित करने के लिए तथा कार्य में योग्य सामान्यता स्थापित करने के लिए टेलीग्राफ अधिनियम 1885 के द्वारा टेलीग्राफ वहिनीया एवं टेलीपोस्ट प्रस्तापित करने के लिए सर्वक्षेण, निर्माण, स्थापना एवं निरक्षण कार्य से संबंधित, जो अधिकार टेलीग्राफ अथॉरिटी को है, ऐसे अधिकार प्राप्ति के लिए भारत सरकार को निवेदन अर्ज कर रहा है।

कार्य का नाम ः लैंको तीस्ता, चरण VI जलविद्युत परियोजना से 400 के0वी0 पावर ग्रिड पुलिंग स्टेशन, समरदंग,(रैंगपो), सिक्किम के बीच डबल सर्किट ट्रांसमिशन लाइन का निर्माण।

योजना का पूर्ण विवरण : 4x125 मेगावाट लैंको तीस्ता हाइड्रो पावर लिमिटेड अपने द्वारा उत्पादित बिजली को 220 के0वी0 डबल सर्किट ट्रांसमिशन लाइन द्वारा 400 के0वी0 पावर ग्रिड के पुलिंग स्टेशन समरदंग,(रैंगपो) से जोडे़गा। ट्रांसमिशन लाइन की लम्बाई लगभग 12.44 कि0मी0 है।

On the basis of Long Term Open Access approval granted by M/s POWER GRID CORPORATION OF INDIA LIMITED (A Government of India undertaking) for evacuation of Power, Lanco Teesta Hydro Power Ltd (LTHPL), having its registered office at Plot no.-4, Software Units Layout, HITEC City, Madhapur, Hydrabad-500081, Andhra Pradesh, is implementing a dedicated Transmission line for connecting its 4X125 MW power plant at Pamphok, Thalthalay (Subin Khor), South Sikkim to 400KV M/s Power Grid Corporation of India Limited's pooling station at Samardong (Rangpo), Sikkim. Ministry of Power (Govt. of India) has granted approval under section 68 on 4.6.2013 for the construction of below mentioned Dedicated Transmission Line. The company therefore intends to apply to Government of India for electric line or electrical plant for the transmission of Electricity for the purpose of telephonic or telegraphic communications necessary for the proper coordination of works which telegraph authority possess under the Indian Telegraph Act, 1885. Corresponding to the Electricity Act 2003 under section 164 and the Indian Telegraph Act 1885 in order to maintain the establishment telegraphic lines and posts to be placed by the Government and will undertake the survey, construction, installation, inspection, erection and other works to be followed by commissioning, operation maintenance and other works for the following transmission scheme.

Name of the Transmission scheme: - 220 KV Double circuit Transmission line from (125X 4) MW Lanco Teesta stage-VI Hydroelectric project to 400KV M/s Power Grid Corporation of India limited pooling station at Samardong (Rangpo), Sikkim.

Work covered under the Scheme:-Construction of 12.44Km Double circuit transmission line from (4X125) MW power plant of LTHPL at Pamphok, Thalthalay (Subin Khor), South Sikkim to 400KV M/s Power Grid Corporation of India Limited's pooling station at Samardong (Rangpo), Sikkim.

It is also notified in the interest of the general public that any person interested in making representation regarding the execution of the above scheme, may submit such representation in writing, so as to reach the undersigned latest within two months from the date of publication of this notification. Copy of the route alignment map and any other particulars of the scheme may be seen in the office of under signed on any working day during office hours.
