का.नि.आ. 38.—राष्ट्रपति, संविधन के अनुच्छेद 309 के परन्तुक द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, सेना ;उच्च श्रेणी लिपिक और निम्न श्रेणी लिपिक समूह 'ग' पदद्ध भर्ती नियम, 2012 का संशोध्न करने के लिए निम्नलिखित नियम बनाते हैं, अर्थात् :—
1. संक्षिप्त नाम और प्रारंभ.—;1द्ध इन नियमों का संक्षिप्त नाम सेना ;उच्च श्रेणी लिपिक और अवर श्रेणी लिपिक समूह 'ग'द्ध भर्ती ;संशोध्नद्ध नियम, 2014 है ।
;2द्ध ये राजपत्रा में प्रकाशन की तारीख को प्रवृत्त होंगे ।
2. सेना ;उच्च श्रेणी लिपिक और निम्न श्रेणी लिपिक समूह 'ग' पदद्ध भर्ती नियम, 2012 की सारणी में, स्तंभ 7 के अध्ीन, अवर श्रेणी लिपिक पद के लिए प्रविष्टियों के स्थान पर निम्नलिखित प्रविष्टियां रखी जाएंगी, अर्थात्ः—
"(i) किसी मान्यताप्राप्त बोर्ड या विश्वविद्यालय से बारहवीं कक्षा उत्तीर्ण
(ii) कंप्यूटर पर अंग्रेजी में 35 शब्द प्रति मिनट की टंकण गति या कंप्यूटर पर हिंदी में 30 शब्द प्रति मिनट की टंकण गति ;प्रत्येक शब्द के लिए 5 की डिप्रेशन की औसत पर 10500/9000 की डिप्रेशन प्रति घंटा के अनुरूप 35 शब्द प्रति मिनट और 30 शब्द प्रति मिनटद्ध ।"

दलपत सिंह, अवर सचिव 366 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : MAY 24, 2014/JYAISTHA 3 , 1936 [PART II—SEC. 4] MINISTRY OF DEFENCE New Delhi, the 5th May, 2014 S.R.O. 38.—In exercise of powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 of the Constitution, the President hereby makes the following rules to amend the Army Group 'C' (Upper Division Clerks and Lower Division Clerks) Recruitment Rules, 2012, namely:—
l. Short title and commencement .— (1) These rules may be called the Army Group 'C' (Upper Division Clerks and Lower Division Clerks) Recruitment (Amendment) Rules, 2014.
(2) They shall come into force from the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
2. In the Schedule to the Army Group 'C' (Upper Division Clerks and Lower Division Clerks) Recruitment Rules, 2012, against post of Lower Division Clerk, for the entries under Column 7, the following entries shall be substituted, namely:-
"(i) 12th class pass from a recognized Board or University.
(ii) Typing speed of 35 words per minute in English on computer or a typing speed of 30 words per minute in Hindi on computer (35 words per minute and 30 words per minute correspond to 10500/9000 key depressions per hour on an average of 5 key depressions for each word).''
