सं.ः केेका/मासंवि/औसंनी/2013-14ः792.-- सेन्ट्रल बैंक ऑफ इंडिया का निदेशक मंडल भारतीय रिजर्व बैंक के परामर्श से एवं केन्द्र सरकार के पूर्वानुमोदन के अधीन बैंकिंग कंपनी (उपक्रमों का अर्जन एवं अंतरण) अधिनियम, 1970 की धारा 19 द्वारा प्रदत्त अधिकारों का प्रयोग करते हुए, सेन्ट्रल बैंक ऑफ इंडिया अधिकारी कर्मचारी (सेवानिवृत्ति के पश्चात निजी क्षेत्र के संस्थानों में नौकरी स्वीकार करने) विनियम, 2000 को संशोधित करते हुये निम्नलिखित विनियम बना रहे है, अर्थातः-
1. (1) इन विनियमों को सेन्ट्रल बैंक ऑफ़ इंडिया अधिकारी कर्मचारी (सेवानिवृत्ति के पश्चात निजी क्षेत्र के संस्थानों में नौकरी स्वीकार करने) संशोधित विनियम, 2013 कहा जाये।
(2) ये विनियम शासकीय गजट में प्रकाशन की तारीख से लागू होंगे।
2. सेन्ट्रल बैंक ऑफ़ इंडिया अधिकारी कर्मचारी (सेवानिवृत्ति के पश्चात निजी क्षेत्र के संस्थानों में नौकरी स्वीकार करने) विनियम 2000 के विनियम 4 के उप विनियम(1)में शब्द "दो वर्ष" के स्थान पर शब्द "एक वर्ष" को प्रतिस्थापित किया जायेगा।

संख्याः 41 यू0 13/12 पीटीएमआर/1/व0रा0चि0 आयुक्त/11-12--.क0रा0बी0 निगम की बैठक दिनांक 25-04-1951 में पारित संकल्प के अनुसार निगम की शक्ति क0रा0बी0 विनियम(सामान्य) विनियम 1950 के विनियम 105 के अन्तर्गत महानिदेशक में सन्निहित किया गया है तथा मुख्यालय पत्रांक यू0 13/12/13/2005-चि0 1 पी टी एम आर दिनांक 09-09-2008 के द्वारा महानिदेशक के आदेश से ऐसी शक्तियां एस0 एस0 एम0 सी0/एस0 एम0 सी0 को प्रत्यायोजित की गई हैं। अधोहस्ताक्षरी ने निर्धारित मानकों के अनुरूप मासिक वेतन पर निम्नलिखित चिकित्सकाें को उनके नाम के समक्ष दर्शाए गए तारीख से या जब तक पूर्णकालिक चिकित्सा निर्देशी कार्याग्रहण नहीं करते, दोनाें में से जो भी पहले हो, निम्नांकित क्षेत्रों के आवंटित केन्द्रों के बीमाकृत व्यक्तियों की चिकित्सा जांच एवं मूल प्रमाण-पत्र के संदिग्ध होने की स्थिति में आगे का प्रमाण-पत्र प्रदान करने के उद्देश्य से चिकित्सा प्राधिकारी के रूप में कार्य करने के लिए प्राधिकृत किया है।

No. CO:HRD:IRP:2013-14:792--In exercise of the powers conferred by section 19 of the Banking Companies (Acquisition of Transfer of Undertakings) Act, 1970, the Board of Directors of Central Bank of India after consultation with the Reserve Bank of India and with the previous sanction of the Central Government, hereby makes the following regulations further to amend the Central Bank of India Officer Employees' (Acceptance of Jobs in Private Sector Concerns after Retirement) Regulations, 2000, namely:--
1. (1) These regulations may be called Central Bank of India Officer Employees' (Acceptance of Jobs in Private Sector Concerns after Retirement) Amendment Regulations, 2013.
(2) These regulations shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
2. In regulation 4 of the Central Bank of India Officer Employees' (Acceptance of Jobs in Private Sector Concerns after Retirement) Regulations, 2000, in Sub-regulation (1), for the words "two years', the words "one year" shall be substituted.
