संकल्प
सं. 11-2/2002-प्रशासन-4--दिनांक 06.09.2013 के क्रम में भारत सरकार एतद्द्वारा श्रीमती सुधा चौधरी के स्थान पर श्री बी. चन्द्रशेखर, निदेशक, म.प्र. राज्य सहकारी डेयरी संघ को तत्काल प्रभाव से दिल्ली दुग्ध योजना की प्रबंध समिति का सदस्य नामित करती है।
आदेश
आदेश दिया जाता है कि इस संकल्प की एक प्रति सभी राज्य सरकारों/संघ राज्य क्षेत्रों, भारत सरकार के सभी मंत्रालयों/विभागों, मंत्रिमंडल सचिवालय, प्रधान मंत्री कार्यालय, राष्ट्रपति सचिवालय, योजना आयोग, भारत के नियंत्रक और महालेखा परीक्षक, कृषि और सहकारिता विभाग के मुख्य लेखा अधिकारी, लेखा के मुख्य निदेशक, स्वास्थ्य सेवा महानिदेशक, मेयर दिल्ली म्युनिसिपल कार्पोरेशन, अध्यक्ष, नई दिल्ली म्युनिसिपल कमेटी को भेजी जाए।
यह भी आदेश दिया जाता है कि इस संकल्प को भारत के राजपत्र में प्रकाशित किया जाए।

RESOLUTION
No.11-2/2002-Admn.IV--In continuation of this Ministry's Resolution No.11-2/2002-Admn.IV dated the 6th September, 2013, the Government of India hereby nominates Shri B. Chandrashekhar, Director, M.P. State Cooperative Dairy Federation as Member of the Management Committee of Delhi Milk Scheme vice Smt. Sudha Chaudhary with immediate effect.
ORDER
Ordered that a copy of this Resolution be communicated to all the State Government/Union Territories, all Ministries/ Departments of the Government of India, Cabinet Secretariat, Prime Minister's Office, the President's Secretariat, the Planning Commission, the Comptroller and Auditor General of India, the CCA Department of Agriculture & Cooperation, the Principal Director of Audit, the Director General of Health Services, Mayor, Delhi Municipal Corporation, the Chairman, New Delhi Municipal Committee.
Ordered also that this Resolution be published in the Gazette of India for general information.
