सं. 1-सीए(7)/(165)/2014--चार्टर्ड एकाउंटैेन्टस अधिनियम, 1988 के विनियम 159(1A) के अनुसरण में दि इंस्टीटयूट ऑफ चार्टर्ड एकाउंटैेन्टस ऑफ इंडिया की , भारत की एक शाखा की दिनांक 22.03.2014 से में, , स्थापना को अधिसूचित करती है ।
यह शाखा भारत की के नाम से जानी जायेगी ।
इस के क्षेत्राधिकार के अंतर्गत के आयेंगे ।
जैसा कि विनियम 159(3) में विहित किया गया है, यह के नियंत्रण, पर्यवेक्षण तथा के अधीन रहते हुए भारत की मार्फत कार्य करेगी तथा ऐसे का पालन करेगी, जो द्वारा समय-समय पर जारी किये जायेंगे ।

New Delhi, the 4th April 2014
No.1-CA(7)/(165)/2014--In pursuance of Regulation 159(1A) of the Chartered Accountants Regulations 1988, the Council of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India is pleased to notify the setting up of a branch of Southern India Regional Council at Anantapur covering the Jurisdication of Anantapur District in Andhra Pradesh with effect from 22nd March, 2014.
The Branch shall be known as Anantapur Branch of the Southern India Regional Council.
The jurisdiction of the Branch shall include all the places within Anantapur District.
As prescribed under Regulation 159(3), the Branch shall function subject to the control, supervision and directions of the Council through the Southern India Regional Council and shall carry out such directions as may, from time to time, be issued by the Council.
