सं. ए.12018/1/2007-डीएफक्यूसी (भाग-II)—राष्ट्रपति पैनल वर्श 2013-14 के लिए 3 फरवरी, 2014 को संघ लोेेक सेवा आयोेग में हुई बैठक में अध्यक्ष व विभागीय पदोन्नति समिति के सदस्योें द्वारा विधिवत्‌ अनुमोदित सिफारिशों पर, डा0 ए. रामकिशन, नियमित सहायक औषध नियंत्रक (भारत), केन्द्रीय औषध मानक नियंत्रण संगठन, स्वास्थ्य सेवा महानिदेशालय को 14 फरवरी, 2014 के पूर्वाहन से आगामी आदेशोेंं तक उसी संगठन में संशोधित वेतन संरचना पीबी-3 (15600-39100 रूपए) ग्रेड वेतन 7600/-रूपए (समूह 'क'-राजपत्रित गैर-अनुसचिवीय) और सामान्य स्वीकार्य भत्तों में औषध उप नियंत्रक (भारत) के पद पर नियमित अस्थाई हैसियत से नियुक्त करते हैं।

2. उपर्युक्त अधिकारी की पदोन्नति एक वर्ष की परिवीक्षा अवधि के सफलतापूर्वक पूरा होने के अधीन है। पदोन्नति पर यह अधिकारी सीसीएस (संषोधित वेतन) नियम, 2008 और इस संबंध में सरकार द्वारा जारी किए गए अनुदेशों के अनुसार पदोन्नति की तारीख अथवा अगली वार्षिक वेतन वृद्धि की तारीख से संशोधित वेतन ढांचे में वेतन के निर्धारण के विकल्प के हकदार हैं। ऐसे विकल्प का अवश्य ही पदोन्नति की तारीख से एक महीने के भीतर प्रयोग किया जाना चाहिए।

3. स्वास्थ्य सेवा महानिदशालय तैनाती के आदेश, जहां आवश्यक हो, जारी करेगा।

संख्या-ए 32022/01/2013-डीएफक्यूसी— राष्ट्रपति स्वास्थ्य विभाग के नियम 5 (समूह 'क' राजपत्रित गैर-चिकित्सा वैज्ञानिक और तकनीकी पद) यथास्थान (इन सीटू) पदोन्नति नियम, 1990 के अनुसार संघ लोक सेवा आयोग में गठित विभागीय मूल्यांकन बोर्ड की सिफारिशों पर, श्री सी. हरिहरन, जीवाणु विज्ञानी और डा0 सरोज कुमार घोष, बायोकेमिस्ट, केन्द्रीय औषध प्रयोगशाला, कोलकाता, स्वास्थ्य सेवा महानिदेशालय को यथास्थान आधार पर दिनांक 11 मार्च, 2014 से आगामी आदेशों तक वैज्ञानिक स्तर-2 (पीबी-3ग्रेड वेतन 6600 रूपए/-) से वैज्ञानिक स्तर-3 (पीबी-3ग्रेड वेतन 7600 रूपए/-) में पदोन्नत करते हैं।

2. तदनुसार, श्री सी. हरिहरन और डा0 सरोज कुमार घोष द्वारा तत्काल में धारित क्रमशः जीवाणु विज्ञानी और बायोकेमिस्ट के पदों के ग्रेड को यथास्थान पदोन्नति नियम, 1990 (पूर्वोक्त) के नियम, 9 की शर्तानुसार उपरोक्त तिथि से पीबी-3 ग्रेड वेतन 7600/-रूपए के स्तर पर अपग्रेड किया जाएगा और संबंधित अधिकारियों द्वारा इसे रिक्त किए जाने पर यह मूल स्तर पर वापस आ जाएगा।

3. यथास्थान पदोन्नति होने पर, श्री सी. हरिहरन और डा0 सरोज कुमार घोष, सीसीएस (संशोधित वेतन) नियम, 2008 और इस संबंध मेेें सरकार द्वारा जारी किए गए दिशानिर्देशों के अनुसार पदोन्नति की तिथि से अथवा अगली वार्षिक वेतनवृद्धि की तिथि से संशोधित वेतन संरचना में अपने वेतन के निर्धारण के विकल्प के लिए पात्र होंगें। ऐसे विकल्प पर इन आदेशों के जारी होने की तिथि से एक माह के भीतर कार्यवाई की जानी चाहिए।
