सं. 9/4/2010-टीयूएफएस--भारत सरकार ने मूल रूप से सितम्बर, 2010 में गठित और दिनांक 25 जून, 2012 की अधिस्ूचना द्वारा 2 वर्ष के लिए
पिछले पुनर्गठन तथा 30 जून, 2014 तक बढ़ाए गए सूती यार्न परामर्शदात्री बोर्ड को पुनर्गठित करने का निर्णय लिया है जिसमें निम्नलिखित सदस्य हैंः--

सदस्य-सचिव 2. बोर्ड सूती यार्न की विभिन्न किस्मों के उत्पादन, खपत और उपलब्धता से संबंधित मामलों पर सरकार को परामर्श देगा और स्टेक होल्डरों अर्थात् स्पिनर्स, बुनकर, वस्त्र अनुसंधान संघ, सरकार आदि के बीच संपर्क बनाने के लिए मंच भी उपलब्ध कराएगा।
3. बोर्ड सूती यार्न के घरेलू और अंतर्राष्ट्रीय मूल्यों को मॉनिटर करेगा और घरेलू खपत के लिए उचित मूल्य पर सूती यार्न की उपलब्धता में वृद्धि के लिए उपाय सुझाएगा।
4. बोर्ड सूती यार्न के आयात और निर्यात को मॉनिटर करेगा और सूती यार्न तुलन-पत्र तैयार करेगा।
5. बोर्ड की बैठक सामान्यतः तिमाही में एक बार अथवा जब कभी आवश्यक हो, होगी।
6. बोर्ड के सदस्य, 30 जून, 2016 तक अथवा अगले आदेशों तक इनमें से जो भी पहले हो, बोर्ड में रहेंगे।
7. सरकारी अधिकारियों और वस्त्र अनुसंधान संघों के अधिकारियों के टीए/डीए, यदि कोई, को उनके संबंधित विभागों अथवा संघों द्वारा वहन किया जाएगा। अन्य सदस्यों के टीए/डीए को संघों, जिसका वे प्रतिनिधित्व करते हैं, द्वारा वहन किया जाएगा।
8. गैर सरकारी सदस्यों को सूती यार्न परामर्शदात्री बोर्ड की बैठकों में भाग लेने के लिए वित्त मंत्रालय के निर्देशों के अनुसार टीए/डीए की अनुमति होगी।
वस्त्र आयुक्त सूती यार्न परामर्शदात्री बोर्ड की बैठकों में कपास यार्न अर्थव्यवस्था में महत्वपूर्ण अनुभव वाले व्यक्तियों को आमंत्रित कर सकता है।
9. सचिवालीय सहायता वस्त्र आयुक्त का कार्यालय मुंबई द्वारा उपलब्ध करायी जाएगी।
यह आदेश दिया जाता है कि इस अधिसूचना की प्रति सभी संबंधित को भेजी जाए।
यह भी आदेश दिया जाता है कि इसे भारत के राजपत्र में प्रकाशित किया जाए।

No. 9/4/2010-TUFS—The Government of India has decided to reconstitute the Cotton Yarn Advisory Board, originally constituted in September, 2010 and last reconstituted vide Notification 25th June, 2012, for two years and since extended upto 30th June, 2014 comprising of the following members:—

2. The Board will advise the Government on matter pertaining to production, consumption and availability of different types of cotton yarn and also provide a forum for liaison between stakeholder i.e. spinners, weavers, TRA's Government etc.
998 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA, AUGUST 23, 2014 (BHADRA 1, 1936) [PART I—SEC. 13. The Board will monitor the domestic and international prices of cotton yarn and suggest measures for increasing the availability of cotton yarn at reasonable prices for domestic consumption.
4. The Board will monitor the import and export of cotton yarn and prepare the Cotton Yarn Balance Sheet.
5. The Board will ordinarily meet once in a quarter or as often as necessary.
6. The members of the Board will serve on the Board upto 30th June, 2016 or until further orders, whichever is earlier.
7. T.A./D.A., if any, in respect of Government officials and Textile Research association officials shall be borne by their respective Departments and organizations respectively. In respect of other members T.A./D.A. shall be borne by the organizations, which the members represent.
8. The Non official members will be allowed T.A./D.A. for attending the meetings of the Cotton Yarn Advisory Board in accordance with the instructions of Ministry of Finance. Textile Commissioner may invite individuals with considerable experience in cotton yarn economy for the meetings of the Cotton Yarn Advisory Board.
9. Secretariat assistance will be provided by the Office of the Textile Commissioner, Mumbai.
