सं. 7/1/2007-प्रषा.II—केन्द्रीय सचिवालय आषुलिपिक सेवा के प्रधान निजी सचिव की वरीयता सूची वर्श 2011 में विधायी मामले विभाग के प्रधान निजी सचिव, श्री महेष कुमार का नाम शामिल किए जाने और कार्मिक एवं प्रषिक्षण विभाग के दिनांक 16/11/2012 के का.ज्ञा.सं. 3/4/2012-सीएस.II(ए) द्वारा उनका नामांकन सूचना और प्रसारण मंत्रालय के लिए किए जाने के परिणामस्वरूप उन्होंने नियमित आधार पर प्रधान निजी सचिव के रूप में इस मंत्रालय में 10/07/2013 (पूर्वाह्न) को ड्‌यूटी के लिए रिपोर्ट कर दिया है।

2. कार्मिक एवं प्रषिक्षण विभाग के यथोक्त कार्यालय ज्ञापन के अनुसार, इस मंत्रालय में निदेषक के रूप में उनका कार्यकाल 7.8.2018 तक अर्थात उनके पद ग्रहण करने की तारीख से पांच वर्श तक की अवधि तक या अगले आदेषों तक, जो पहले हो, होगा।
