बैंपविवि. सं. आरईटी. बीसी. 28/12.02.001/2014-15--बैंककारी विनियमन अधिनियम, 1949 (1949 का 10) की धारा 24 की उप-धारा (2क)द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, तथा 03 जून 2014 की अधिसूचना बैंपविवि. सं. आरईटी. बीसी. 118/12.02.001/2013-14 में आंशिक संशोध्न करते हुए भारतीय रिज़र्व बैंक एतद्द्वारा यह विनिर्दिष्ट करता है कि 09 अगस्त 2014 से शुरू होने वाले पखवाड़े से प्रत्येक अनुसूचित वाणिज्यिक बैंक तथा स्थानीय क्षेत्र बैंक 09 मई 2011 की अधिसूचना बैंपविवि. सं. आरईटी. बीसी. 91/12.02.001/2010-11 और 17 अप्रैल 2012 की अधिसूचना बैंपविवि. सं. आरईटी. बीसी. 94/12.02.001/2011-12 में यथावर्णित आस्तियां भारत में बनाए रखेगा जिनका मूल्य किसी भी दिन कारोबार की समाप्ति पर दूसरे पूर्ववर्ती पखवाड़े के अंतिम शुक्रवार को भारत में कुल निवल मांग और मीयादी देयताओं के 22.0 प्रतिशत से कम नहीं होगा।

ए एण्ड एस क्र. 04/2014-15--भारतीय स्टेट बैंक (समनुषंगी बैंक) अधिनियम 1959 की धारा 29 (1) के अनुसार, भारतीय स्टेट बैंक ने, स्टेट बैंक ऑफ मैसूर के निदेशक मंडल और भारतीय रिज़र्व बैंक से परामर्श करके तथा भारत सरकार से अनुमोदन के बाद श्री शरद शर्मा की प्रबंध निदेशक, स्टेट बैंक ऑफ मैसूर के पद पर नियुक्ति को दिनांक 13 अगस्त 2014 से 30 अप्रैल 2016, जो उनकी सेवानिवृत्ति की तारीख है, तक की अवधि के लिए या अगले आदेश तक, जो भी पहले हो, के लिए विस्तारित किया जाता है।
4194 भारत का राजपत्र, अक्तूबर 4, 2014 (आश्विन 12, 1936) [भाग III—खण्ड 4 कर्मचारी राज्य बीमा निगम नई दिल्ली, दिनांक 22 जुलाई 2014सं. एन-15/13/10/2/2014--यो.एवं वि. कर्मचारी राज्य बीमा (सामान्य) विनियम--1950 के विनियम 95-क के साथ पठित कर्मचारी राज्य बीमा अधिनियम 1948, (1948 का 34) की धारा 46(2) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों के अनुसरण में महानिदेशक ने 01 जुलाई, 2014 ऐसी तारीख के रूप में निश्चित की है जिससे उक्त विनियम-95-क तथा उड़ीसा कर्मचारी राज्य बीमा नियम-1958 में निर्दिष्ट चिकित्सा हितलाभ उड़ीसा राज्य में निम्नलिखित क्षेत्रों में बीमांकित व्यक्तियों के परिवारों पर लागू किये जाएंगे, अर्थात्ः
''जिला गंजाम की छत्रपुर तहसील में कानमना, अर्जिपल्लि, माटिखालो, बड़पुटि, बासनपुटि, उपुलापुटि, ताकीरियाबरहमपुर, बालकृष्णपुर, श्री रामचन्द्रपुर, बानबुलापल्लि, रिकापल्लि, अभिमन्युपुर, चिकलाखण्डी, भिकारीपल्लि, दनेई बरहमपुर, करपल्लि, चाण्क्यपुर, सितारामपुर, पुटिगोपालपुर, जी.एन. पालम, लिंगराजपुर एवं छत्रपुर के राजस्व गाँव''।

Ref. DBOD. No. Ret. BC. 28/12.02.001/2014-15 —In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2A) of Section 24 of the Banking Regulation Act, 1949 (10 of 1949) and, in partial modification of the Notification DBOD.No.Ret.BC.118/12.02.001/2013-14 dated June 03, 2014, the Reserve Bank hereby specifies that with effect from the fortnight beginning August 09, 2014, every Scheduled Commercial Bank and Local Area Bank shall maintain in India assets as detailed in notification DBOD No Ret BC 91/ 12.02.001/2010-11 dated May 09, 2011 and DBOD No. Ret BC. 94/12.02.001/2011-12 dated April 17, 2012, the value of which shall not at the close of business on any day be less than 22.0 per cent of the total net demand and time liabilities in India as on the last Friday of the second preceding fortnight.

A&S No. 04/2014-15—In terms of Section 29(1) of State Bank of India (Subsidiary Banks) Act 1959, the State Bank of India, after consulting the Board of Directors of State Bank of Mysore and the Reserve Bank of India and with the approval of Government of India, have extended the tenure of Shri Sharad Sharma as Managing Director of State Bank of Mysore from 13th August 2014 to 30th April 2016 i.e. the date of his superannuation or until further orders, whichever is earlier.

No. N-15/13/10/2/2014-P&D—In pursuance of powers conferred by Section 46(2) of the Employees' State Insurance Act, 1948 (34 of 1948), read with Regulation 95-A of the Employees' State Insurance (General) Regulations, 1950, the Director General has fixed the 1st July, 2014 as the date from which the medical benefits as laid down in the said Regulation 95-A and he Odisha Employees' State Insurance (Medical Benefit) Rules, 1957 shall be extended to the families of insured persons in the following area in the State of Odisha namely:—
"The areas comprising of the Revenue Villages of Kanamana, Arjipalli, Matikhalo, Badaputi, Basanaputi, Upulaputi, Takiriaberhampur, Balakrushnapur, Sri Ramachandrapur, Banabulapalli, Rikapalli, Abhimanyupur, Chikalakhandi, Bhikaripalli, Danei Berhampur, Karapalli, Chanakyapur, Sitarampur, Putigogalpur, G. N. Palam Lingarajpur & Chatrapur in the Tahasil of Chatrapur in The District of Ganjam.
