का.नि.आ. 66 .—राष्ट्रपति संविधन के अनुच्छेद 309 के परन्तुक द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, रक्षा लेखा विभाग ;प्रधन निजी सचिवद्ध भर्ती नियम, 2009 का संशोध्न करने के लिए निम्नलिखित नियम बनाते हैं अर्थात्ऋ
1. ;1द्ध इन नियमों का संक्षिप्त नाम रक्षा लेखा विभाग ;प्रधन निजी सचिवद्ध संशोध्न भर्ती नियम, 2014 है ।
;2द्ध ये राजपत्रा में प्रकाशन की तारीख से प्रवृृत्त होंगे । 2. रक्षा लेखा विभाग ;प्रधन निजी सचिवद्ध भर्ती नियम, 2009 में-
;कद्ध नियम 2 में फ्वेतनमानय् शब्द के स्थान पर, दोनों स्थानों पर जहां-जहां वे आते हैं फ्वेतन बैंड और गे्रड वेतन या वेतनमानय् शब्द रखें जाएंगे ऋ
;खद्ध अनुसूची में - ;iद्ध स्तंभ ;4द्ध में फ्वेतनमानय् शीर्ष और उसके अध्ीन विद्यमान प्रविष्टियों के स्थान पर निम्नलिखित रखा जाएगा, अर्थात््ः—
फ्वेतनमान बैंड और ग्रेड वेतन या वेतनमानय् ;4द्ध वेतन बैंड-3, 15600-39100 रु. ध्न ग्रेड वेतन 6600 रु.
;iiद्ध स्तंभ ;12द्ध में वेतन ग्रेड में फ्7,500-12000 रुपए कृपया के वेतनमानय् अंकों और शष्दों के स्थान पर, फ्वेतन बैंड-2 , 9,300-34,800 रु. ध्न वेतन 4,800 रु.य् अंक और शब्द रखे जाएंगे ।

S.R.O. 66.— In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 of the Constitution, the President hereby makes the following rules to amend the Defence Accounts Department (Principal Private Secretary) Recruitment Rules, 2009, namely:-
1. (1) These rules may be called the Defence Accounts Department (Principal Private Secretary) Amendment Recruitment Rules, 2014.
(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
2. In the Defence Accounts Department (Principal Private Secretary) Recruitment Rules, 2009, --
(a) in rule 2, for the words "scale of pay" at both the places, where they occur, the
words "pay band and grade pay or pay scale" shall be substituted;
(b) in the Schedule-
(i) in column (4), for the heading "Scale of Pay" and the existing entries there under, the following shall be substituted, namely-
"Pay band and
grade pay or
pay scale"
(4)
"Pay Band-3 of
Rs.15600-39100
plus grade pay
Rs.6600"
(ii) in column (12), for the words, letters and figures "pay scale of Rs.7,500- 12, 000" the words and figures " Pay band- 2 of Rs. 9,300-34,800 plus grade pay Rs. 4,800" shall be substituted.

फ्25 प्रोन्नति द्वारा वेतन बैंड 1 में 5200-20200 रु. ग्रेड वेतन 1900 रु. में ऐेसे प्रशासनिक सहायक 'क' हों उस श्रेणी में 5 वर्ष की नियमित सेवा की है, में से सीमित विभागीय प्रतियोगी परीक्षा के आधर पर जिसके न हो सकने पर ज्येष्ठता के आधर पर प्रोन्नति द्वारा य्

S.R.O. 67.—In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 of the Cons itution, the President herebymakes the following rules further to amend the Ministry of Defence, Defence Research and Development Organisation, Group 'C(Administrative Assistant 'B' post) Recruitment Rules, 2011, namely:-
1. (1) These rules may be called the Ministry of Defence, Defence Research and Development Organisation, Group 'C (Administrative Assistant '13' post) Recruitment (Amendment) Rules, 2014.
(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
2. In the Schedule to the Ministry of Defence, Defence Research and Development Organisation, Group 'C (Administra- tive Assistant 'B' post) Recruitment Rules, 2011, in column (10), for the existing entry at item (ii), the following entry shall be substituted, namely:-
"25% by promotion on the basis of Limited Departmental Competitive Examination from Administrative Assistant 'A' in the Pay Band-l, Rs 5200-20200 plus Grade Pay of Rs.1900/- with five years regular service in the grade, failing which by promotion on the basis of seniority".

का.नि.आ. 68.—राष्ट्रपति संविधन के अनुच्छेद 309 के परन्तुक द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, रक्षा मंत्राालय मुख्यालय एकीकृत रक्षा कर्मचारीवृृन्द के अध्ीन स्थापनाओं में ;समूह 'ग'द्ध पद भर्ती नियम, 2012 का संशोध्न करने के लिए निम्नलिखित नियम बनाते हैं अर्थात्ऋ
1. ;1द्ध इन नियमों का संक्षिप्त नाम रक्षा मंत्राालय, मुख्यालय एकीकृत रक्षा कर्मचारीवृृन्द ;समूह 'ग'द्ध पद भती नियम, 2014 है ।
;2द्ध ये उनके राजपत्रा में प्रकाशन की तारीख से प्रवृृत्त होंगे ।
2. रक्षा मंत्राालय, मुख्यालय एकीकृत रक्षा कर्मचारीवृृन्द ;समूह 'ग'द्ध पद भर्ती नियम 2012, की अनूसूची के स्तंभ ;12द्ध के अध्ीन विद्यमान प्रविष्टियोें के स्थान पर प्रत्येक पद के सामने निम्नलिखित प्रविष्टियां रखी जाएगी अर्थात्् :—
;iद्ध ब्रिगेडियर या समकक्ष अध्यक्ष
;iiद्ध कर्नल या लेफ्रिटनेंट कर्नल या समकक्ष सदस्य
;iiiद्ध मेजर या कैप्टन या समकक्ष सदस्य
टिप्पणः क्रम संख्या ;iद्ध और ;iiद्ध पर विभगीय प्रोन्नति समिति के सदस्य उसी संगठन से नहीं होंगे ।

(1) These rules may be called the Ministry of Defence, Establishments under Headquarters Integrated Defence Staff, (Group 'C') posts, Recruitment (Amendment) Rules, 2014.

2. In the Schedule to the Ministry of Defence, Establishments under Headquarters Integrated Defence Staff, (Group 'C') posts, Recruitment Rules, 2012, for the existing entries under column (12) against each post, the following entries shall be substituted, namely:—
"Group 'C' Departmental Promotion Committee consisting of:-
(i) Brigadier or equivalent
- Chairman;
(ii) Colonel/Lieutenant Colonel or equivalent - Member;
(iii) Major/Captain or equivalent - Member.
Note: The members of Departmental Promotion Committee at SI. No. (i) and (ii) will not be from same organisation."
