कर्मचारी राज्य बीमा निगम
नई दिल्ली, दिनांक 1 अक्तूबर 2014
संख्याः एन-15/13/13/2/2014-यो0 एवं वि0 कर्मचारी राज्य बीमा (सामान्य) विनियम-1950 के विनियम 95-क के साथ पठित कर्मचारी राज्य बीमा अधिनियम 1948, (1948 का 34) की धारा-46(2) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों के अनुसरण में महानिदेशक ने 01 अक्तूबर, 2014 ऐसी तारीख के रूप में निश्चित की है जिससे उक्त विनियम-95-क तथा उत्तराखण्ड कर्मचारी राज्य बीमा नियम-1957 में निर्दिष्ट चिकित्सा हितलाभ उत्तराखण्ड राज्य में निम्नलिखित क्षेत्रों में बीमांकित व्यक्तियों के परिवारों पर लागू किये जाएंगे, अर्थात््ः

No. N-15/13/13/2/2014-P&D—In pursuance of powers conferred by Section 46(2) of the Employees' State Insurance Act, 1948 (34 of 1948), read with Regulation 95–A of the Employees' State Insurance (General) Regulations, 1950, the Director General has fixed the 1st October, 2014 as the date from which the medical benefits as laid down in the said Regulation 95–A and the Uttarakhand Employees' State Insurance (Medical Benefit) Rules, 1957 shall be extended to the families of insured persons in the following area in the State of Uttarakhand namely:—
