सं. 1-2/2009-प्रशासन--इस विभाग की दिनांक 14 जनवरी, 2013 की समसंख्यक अधिसूचना के तहत श्री मनमोहन मिश्रा के नाम को केन्द्रीय सचिवालय सेवा (सीएसएस) के ग्रेड-I अधिकारी (अवर सचिव) की 2009 की चयन सूची में शामिल कर लिया गया था। कार्मिक और प्रशिक्षण विभाग ने अपने दिनांक 24 मई, 2013 के का.ज्ञा.सं. 5/1/2013-सी.एस.-I (यू) के अंतर्गत सूचित किया है कि वर्ष 2003 से 2008 तक के लिए सूएसएसएल में शामिल करने हेतु डीपीसी द्वारा उनके नाम पर भी विचार किया गया था। डीपीसी के निष्कर्षों को एक मुहरबन्द लिफाफे में रखा गया था क्योंकि उनके विरुद्ध प्रारंभ की गई कार्यवाही लंबित थी। आरोपों को हटा लिए जाने के पश्चात मुहरबन्द लिफाफों को खोला गया तथा वर्ष 2006 के लिए सीएसएस के अवर सचिव की चयन सूची में श्री मिश्रा के नाम को शामिल करने के लिए राष्ट्रपति का अनुमोदन प्राप्त कर लिया गया है। उनके नाम को अवर सचिव की चयन सूची 2006 में शामिल करने संबंधी अधिसूचना दिनांक 17.06.2013 की समसंख्यक अधिसूचना के तहत जारी कर दी गई है।

2. उपर्युक्त के मद्देनजर यूएसएसएल 2009 की सूची से श्री मनमोहन मिश्रा के नाम को एतद्‌द्वारा हटाया जाता है।
