Government of India (other than the Ministry of Defence) and by the Central Authorities (other than the

सा.का.नि. 233.—राष्ट्रपति, संविधन के अनुच्छेद 309 के परन्तुक द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, पर्यावरण, वन और जलवायु परिवर्तन मंत्राालय, भारतीय प्राणी विज्ञान सर्वेक्षण, अवर श्रेणी लिपिक समूह 'ग' पद भर्ती नियम, 2012 का संशोध्न करने के लिए निम्नलिखित नियम बनाते हैं, अर्थात्‌ :—

1. ;1द्ध इन नियमों का संक्षिप्त नाम पर्यावरण, वन और जलवायु परिवर्तन मंत्राालय, भारतीय प्राणी विज्ञान सर्वेक्षण, अवर श्रेणी लिपिक समूह 'ग' पद भर्ती ;संशोध्नद्ध नियम, 2014 है ।

;2द्ध ये राजपत्रा में उनके प्रकाशन की तारीख को प्रवृत्त होंगे ।

2. पर्यावरण, वन और जलवायु परिवर्तन मंत्राालय, भारतीय प्राणी विज्ञान सर्वेक्षण, अवर श्रेणी लिपिक समूह 'ग' पद भर्ती नियम, 2012 ;जिसे इसमें इसके पश्चात्‌्‌ उक्त नियम कहा गया हैद्ध में,-

;iद्ध संक्षिप्त नाम और प्रारंभ से संबंध्ति उप-नियम ;1द्ध के स्थान पर निम्नलिखित नियम रखा जाएगा, अर्थात :-

;खद्ध स्तम्भ 12 के अध्ीन प्रविष्टि में, क्रम संख्या 1 में, दोनों स्थानों पर आने वाले ''निदेशक, भारतीय वनस्पति सर्वेक्षण-अध्यक्ष'' शब्दों के स्थान पर ''निदेशक, भारतीय प्राणी विज्ञान सर्वेक्षण-अध्यक्ष'' शब्द रखे जांएगे ।

MINISTRY OF ENVIRONMENT, FORESTS AND CLIMATE CHANGE

New Delhi, the 7th November, 2014

G.S.R. 233.—In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 of the Constitution the President hereby makes the following rules to amend the Ministry of Environment, Forests and Climate Change, Zoological Survey of India, Lower Division Clerk, Group 'C' Post Recruitment Rules 2012, namely:-

1. (1) These rules may be called the Ministry of Environment, Forests and Climate Change, Zoological Survey of India, Lower Division Clerk, Group 'C' Post Recruitment (amendment) Rules 2014.

(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.

2. In the Ministry of Environment Forests, Zoological Survey of India, Lower Division Clerk, Group 'C' Post Recruitment Rules, 2012 (hereinafter Referred to as the said rules ),-

(i) In rule 1 relating to short title and Commencement, for sub-rule (i), following sub-rule shall be substituted, namely:-

"(i) These rules may be called the Ministry of Environment, Forests and Climate Change, Zoological Survey of India, Lower Division Clerk, Group 'C' Post Recruitment Rules, 2012";

(ii) In the Schedule to the said rules,-

(a) in the entry under column 2, for the figures "60", the figures "61" shall be substituted;

(b) in the entry under column 12, for the words "Director, Botanical Survey of India - Chairman" occurring against serial number 1 at both the

Places, the words "Director, Zoological Survey of India - Chairman" shall respectively, be substituted.
