सा.का.नि. 256.—संविधन के अनुच्छेद 309 के परन्तुक द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, एतद््द्वारा राष्ट्रपति शहरी विकास मंत्राालय, प्र्रकाशन विभाग रोकड़िया, भर्ती नियम, 2014 का संशोध्न करने के लिए निम्नलिखित नियम बनाते हैं, अर्थात् :—
1. संक्षिप्त नाम और प्रारंभ.—
;1द्ध इन नियमों का संक्षिप्त नाम प्र्रकाशन विभाग रोकड़िया, भर्ती ;संशोध्नद्ध नियम, 2014 है ।
;2द्ध ये राजपत्रा में प्रकाशन की तारीख से प्रवृत्त होंगे ।
2. प्रकाशन विभाग, रोकडिया, भर्ती नियम, 2013 ;जिसे इसमें इसके पश्चात उक्त नियम कहा गया हैद्ध में, —
;कद्ध संक्षिप्त नाम और प्रारंभ से संबंध्ति नियम 1 में उपनियम;1द्ध के स्थान पर निम्नलिखित उपनियम को रखा जाएगा अर्थात्् :—
फ्;1द्ध इन नियमों का संक्षिप्त नाम प्रकाशन विभाग ;रोकड़ियाद्ध भर्ती नियम, 2014 है ।य्ऋ

G.S.R. 256.—In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 of the Constitution, the President hereby makes the following rules to amend the Department of Publication, Cashier Recruitment Rules, 2014, namely:—
1. Short title and commencement.—
(1) These rules may be called the Department of Publication, Cashier Recruitment(Amendment) Recruitment Rules, 2014.
(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
2. In the Department of Publication, Cashier Recruitment Rule, 2013 (hereinafter referred to as the said rules), —
(a) in rule 1, in sub-rule(1) relating to short title and commencement, the following sub-rule shall be substituted, namely:—
"(1) These rules may be called the Department of Publication, (Cashier ) Recruitment Reule, 2014.";
(b) in the scheldule to the said rules, in the entry under column (2) relating to number of post, for the brackets and figures "(2013)", the brackets and figures "(2014)" shall be substituted.

सा.का.नि. 257.—राष्ट्रपति, संविधन के अनुच्छेद 309 के परन्तुक द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, राष्ट्रीय पशु स्वास्थ्य संस्थान, बागपत, अपर निदेशक, संयुक्त निदेशक और सहायक निदेशक, भर्ती नियम, 2007 का और संशोध्न करने के लिए निम्नलिखित नियम बनाते हैं, अर्थात् :—
1. ; iद्ध इन नियमों का संक्षिप्त नाम राष्ट्रीय पशु स्वास्थ्य संस्थान, बागपत, अपर निदेशक, संयुक्त निदेशक और सहायक निदेशक, भर्ती ;संशोध्नद्ध नियम, 2014 है ।
; iiद्ध ये राजपत्रा में प्रकाशन की तारीख को प्रवृत्त होंगे ।

टिप्पणीः— मूल नियम भारत के राजपत्रा में सा.का. नि. सं. 97, तारीख 2 जून, 2007 द्वारा प्रकाशित किए गए थे और तत्पश्चात् सा.का. नि. सं. 778 ;अद्ध तारीख 5 सितंबर, 2008 और सा.का. नि. सं. 191, तारीख 8 अक्तूबर, 2010 द्वारा संशोध्न किए गए ।

G.S.R. 257.—In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 of the Constitution, the President hereby makes the following rules further to amend the National Institute of Animal Health, Bagpat, Additional Director, Joint Director and Assistant Director, Recruitment Rules, 2007, namely;
1. (1) These rules may be called the National Institute of Animal Health, Bagpat, Additional Director, Joint Director and Assistant Director, Recruitment (Amendment) Rules, 2014.
(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
2. In the National Institute of Animal Health, Bagpat, Additional Director, Joint Director and Assistant Director, Recruitment Rules, 2007, in the Schedule, against serial number 3 relating to the post of Assistant Director, under coiumn (7), in the Note, for the words "Lahaul & Spiti" the words "Lahaul & Spiti Districts" shall be substituted.
