G.S.R. 1.—In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (1) of article 299 of the Constitution, the President hereby makes the following further amendments in the notification of the Government of India in the then Ministry of Law (Department of Legal Affairs), number G.S.R. 585, dated 1st February, 1966, namely :—

In the said notification, in Part XXV relating to the heading 'IN THE CASE OF PLANNING COMMISSION', after the paragraph 4, the following paragraph shall be inserted, namely:—

"5. Contracts, Memorandums of Understanding and Agreements relating to Unique Identification Authority of India, Planning Commission, by Deputy Director General or Assistant Director General of Deputy Director in the Unique Identification Authority of India, Planning Commission."
