बैंविवि.सं. पीएसबीडी.8931/16.01.072/2014-15--भारतीय रिज़र्व बैंक अधिनियम, 1934 (1934 का 2) की धारा 42 की उप-धारा (6) के खंड (ग) के अनुसरण में, भारतीय रिज़र्व बैंक एतद्‌द्वारा निदेश देता है कि दिनांक नवंबर 24, 2014 से उक्त अधिनियम की द्वितीय अनुसूची में निम्नलिखित संशोधन किया जाएगा :

"The Ratnakar Bank Limited" की जगह "RBL Bank Limited" शब्द होंगे।

संख्या. एनएचबी.एचएफसी.डीआईआर.14/सीएमडी/2014--राष्ट्रीय आवास बैंक अधिनियम, 1987 (1987 का 53) की धारा 30 और 31 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों और इस संबंध में इसे सक्षम बनाने वाली सभी शक्तियों के प्रयोग से, राष्ट्रीय आवास बैंक सार्वजनिक हित में इसे अनिवार्य समझते हुए और इस तथ्य से संतुष्ट होेने के कारण कि देश की आवास वित्त प्रणाली को इसके लाभ के लिये विनियमित करने में इसे सक्षम बनाने के उद्‌देश्य हेतु, ऐसा करना अनिवार्य है, एतद्‌ द्वारा निर्देश देता है कि आवास वित्त कंपनी (रा.आ. बैंक) निर्देश, 2010 (यहां इसके बाद प्रमुख निर्देश के तौर पर उल्लिखित), तुरंत प्रभाव से, निम्नलिखित प्रकार से संशोधित किया जाएगा, यथा -

अनुच्छेद 27 क में संशोधन

मुख्य निर्देशों के अनुच्छेद 27 क के, उप-अनुच्छेद (1) के अंत में निम्नलिखित को हटाया जाता है -

''परंतुक कि अगर व्यैक्तिक को दिया जाने वाला आवास ऋण भारतीय रिजर्व बैंक द्वारा मोर्टगेज गारंटी कंपनियों के लिए बनाए गए मार्गनिर्देशों के तहत पंजीकृत मोर्टगेज गारंटी कंपनी के मोर्टगेज गारंटी उत्पाद से गारंटी शुदा है, ऐसी दशा में आवास वित्त कंपनी 90 प्रतिशत के समग्र एलटीवी अनुपात के अध्यधीन, उक्त निर्धारित अनुपात से अधिक अतिरिक्त आवास ऋण, गारंटीशुदा ऐसे आवास ऋण भाग के लिए प्रदान करेगी। तथापि यह निर्धारित सीमा से अधिक ऋण ऐसे ऋण के मोर्टगेज गारंटी कवर से ज्यादा नहीं होने के अध्यधीन होगा।''

DBR.PSBD.No. 8931/16.01.072/2014-15—In pursuance of clause (c) of sub-section (6) of Section 42 of Reserve Bank of India Act, 1934 (2 of 1934), the Reserve Bank of India hereby directs that the following alterations shall be made with effect from November 24, 2014 in the Second Schedule to the said Act namely :-

For the words "The Ratnakar Bank Limited", the words "RBL Bank Limited" shall be substituted.

NATIONAL HOUSING BANK

No. NHB.HFC.DIR.14/CMD/2014—In exercise of the powers conferred by sections 30A and 31 of the National Housing Bank Act, 1987 (53 of 1987) and of all the powers enabling it in this behalf, the National Housing Bank, having considered it necessary in the public interest, and on being satisfied that for the purpose of enabling it to regulate the housing finance system of the country to its advantage, it is necessary so to do, hereby directs that the Housing Finance Companies (NHB) Directions, 2010 (hereinafter referred to as the principal Directions) shall, with immediate effect, be amended in the following manner, namely –

Amendment of paragraph 27A

In Paragraph 27A of the principal Directions, in sub-paragraph (1), the following proviso shall be deleted –4 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA, JANUARY 17, 2015 (PAUSA 27, 1936) [PART III—SEC. 4 "Provided that the housing loan to Individual above Rs.20 lakh shall be granted by a housing finance company with higher LTV ratio not exceeding 90%, where such loan is guaranteed by a mortgage guarantee company registered with the Reserve Bank of India in accordance with the Reserve Bank of India Guidelines for Mortgage Guarantee Companies, subject to the excess over the prescribed limit not exceeding the extent of the mortgage guarantee cover of such loan."
