संकल्प
सं. 16/13/2014-आईडी-I--भारत-जापान विशेष और वैश्विक भागीदारी के लिए टोक्यो घोषणा की भावना के अनुसरण में, राष्ट्रपति ने यह निर्णय लिया है कि जापान से प्राप्त निवेश प्रस्तावों में तेजी लाने के लिए प्रधानमंत्री कार्यालय के तहत् एक विशेष प्रबंधन दल का गठन किया जाना जाहिएं इस दल में भारत से चार पेशेवर और जापान के दो प्रतिनिधि शामिल होंगे। यह दल जापानी कंपनियों के प्रवेश और भारत में उनके निवेश को प्रेरित करने व सुकर बनाने के लिए जापानी कंपनियों और लघु एवं मध्यम उद्यमों (एसएमई), भारत सरकार के मंत्रालयों/विभागों और राज्य सरकारों के साथ मिलकर कार्य करेगा। यह दल भारत में कार्य कर रही जापानी कंपनियों की संख्या बढ़ाने और भारत में विविध क्षेत्रों में जापानी एफडीआई को बढ़ाने में इन कंपनियों की मदद करेगा।
आदेश
आदेश है कि इस संकल्प की सूचना निम्नलिखित को दी जाए।
(i) भारत सरकार के सभी मंत्रालयों/विभागों में सचिव
(ii) सभी राज्यों/केन्द्र शासित प्रदेशों के मुख्य सचिव
यह आदेश भी है कि सामान्य जानकारी के लिए यह संकल्प भारत के राजपत्र में प्रकाशित किया जाए।

Resolution
No. 16/13/2014-ID-1—In pursuance of the spirit of the Tokyo Declaration for India-Japan Special and Global Partnership the President has been pleased to decide that a Special Management Team should be constituted under the Prime Minister's Office to fast track investment proposals from Japan. The Team would comprise four professionals from India and two representatives of the Government of Japan. The team will interact with the Japanese Companies and Small Medium Enterprises (SMEs), Ministries/Department of the Government of India and the State Governments to catalyse and facilitate the entry of Japanese Comanies and their investment into India. The team will handhold these companies to increase the number of Japanese Companies operating in India and to enhance Japanese FDI in diverse sectors in India.
ORDER
ORDERED that a copy of the resolution be communicated to
(i) Secretaries in all Ministries/Department of Government of India
(ii) Chief Secretaries in all States/UTs.
ORDERED also that the resolution be published in the Gazette of India for general information.
