एतद्द्वारा सूचना दी जाती है कि मैसर्स अलेक्स स्टीवर्ट ऐस्सेयर्स प्राइवेट लिमिटेड (M/s Alex Stewart Assayers Private Limited) के सदस्यों ने दिनांक 01.12.2014 को ई-20, ब्लॉक बी1, मोहन को-आपरेटिव इंडस्ट्रियल एस्टेट, मथुरा रोड, नई दिल्ली-110044 में सम्पन्न इसकी असाधारण आम बैठक में निम्नलिखित प्रस्ताव पारित किया है। "प्रस्ताव किया जाता है कि कम्पनी के परिसमापक श्री के. वाई. राजाराम के त्यागपत्र के परिणामस्वरूप तथा कम्पनी अधिनियम 1956/2013 की धारा 492 के प्रावधानों के अनुसार, श्री अमित कुमार गर्ग को, सदस्यों के कम्पनी कार्यों के स्वैच्छिक परिसमापन के प्रयोजनार्थ, कम्पनी का परिसमापक नियुक्त किया जाए तथा एतद्द्वारा नियुुुुुुुक्त किया जाता है। आगे प्रस्ताव किया जाता है कि परिसमापक के पारिश्रमिक, कम्पनी कार्यों के परिसमापन के लिए वास्तविक जेबी खर्च के अतिरिक्त रू. 5000/- (रू. पांच हजार मात्र) की स्वीकृति हेतु कम्पनी के सदस्यों की सहमति प्राप्त की जाए और एतद्द्वारा प्राप्त की जाती है। आगे प्रस्ताव किया जाता है कि श्री अमित कुमार गर्ग, परिसमापक को कम्पनी कार्यों के प्रभावकारी समापन हेतु कम्पनी अधिनियम 1956/2013 के प्रावधानों के अनुसार सभी शक्तियों के प्रयोग हेतु प्राधिकृत किया जाए तथा एतद्द्वारा प्राधिकृत किया जाता है।" दिनांकित : 01.12.2014 अमित कुमार गर्ग स्थानः नई दिल्ली परिसमापक

The Board of Directors of the company at their meeting held on 20th November, 2014 approve members Voluntary winding up of the company pursuant to the provision of section 484(1)(b) of the companies act, 1956.
Trishul Propbuild Limited is a Wholly Owned Subsidiary of Vatika Limited, a company incorporated under the provision of Companies Act, 1956. While referring to the objective for which the Company was incorporated, the Board of Directors informed that Company could not commence its business and management does not foresee any change in circumstances in the immediate future, therefore, board of directors of the company have consider to wind up the affairs of the Company. The Board of Directors also affirmed that after making full enquiry into the affairs of the Company with due diligence, they have formed the opinion that the Company has sufficient assets to meet its liabilities.
Except to the extent of shareholding as nominee of Vatika Limited, None of director or Key Managerial Personnel or their relative are, in any way, concerned or interested, financially or otherwise in the resolution proposed.
The Board recommends the above special resolutions for your approval.

NOTICE is hereby given that Members of M/s Alex Stewart Assayers Private Limited at its extra ordinary general meeting held on 01.12.2014 at E-20, Block B1, Mohan Co-Operative Industrial Estate, Mathura Road, New Delhi – 110044 have passed the following resolution.
"RESOLVED THAT consequent to the resignation of Mr. K. Y.
