सा.का.नि.16 .—राष्ट्रपति, संविधन के अनुच्छेद 309 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए क्षेत्राीय प्रचार निदेशालय, सूचना और प्रसारण मंत्राालय, बहुकार्य कर्मचारीवृंृद भर्ती नियम, 2014 का संशोध्न करने के लिए निम्नलिखित नियम बनाते हैंऋ अर्थात् :—
संक्षिप्त नाम और प्रांरभ—;1द्ध इन नियमों का संक्षिप्त नाम क्षेत्राीय प्रचार निदेशालय, सूचना और प्रसारण मंत्राालय, बहुकार्य कर्मचारीवृंृद भर्ती ;संशोध्नद्धनियम, 2014 है।
;2द्ध ये राजपत्रा में उनके प्रकाशन की तारीख को प्रवृृत्त होंगे । 2. क्षेत्राीय प्रचार निदेशालय, सूचना और प्रसारण मंत्राालय, बहुकार्य कर्मचारीवृंृद भर्ती नियम, 2014 की अनुसूची के सीध्ी भर्ती किए जाने वाले व्यक्तियों के लिए आयु-सीमा से संबंध्ति स्तंभ ;6द्ध में, टिप्पण 1 के स्थान पर, निम्नलिखित टिप्पण रखा जाएगाऋ अर्थात्् :
फ्टिप्पण-1 :- आयु-सीमा अवधरित करने के लिए निर्णायक तारीख भारत में अभ्यथयों से आवेदन प्राप्त करने के लिए नियत की गई अंतिम तारीख होगी ।;न कि वह अंतिम तारीख जो असम, मेघालय, अरुणाचल प्रदेश, मिजोरम, मणिपुर, नागालैंड, त्रिापुरा, सिक्किम, जम्मू-कश्मीर राज्य के लद्दाख खंड, हिमाचल प्रदेश के लाहोल और स्पीति जिले तथा चम्बा-जिले के पांगी उपखंड, अंडमान और निकोबार द्वीप या लक्षद्वीप के अभ्यथयों के लिए विहित की गई है ।य् 126 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : JANUARY 31, 2015/MAGHA, 11, 1936 [PART II—SEC. 3(i)] MINISTRY OF INFORMATION AND BROADCASTING New Delhi, the 16th January, 2015 G.S.R. 16 .—In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 of the Constitution, the President hereby makes the following rules to amend the Directorate of Field Publicity, Ministry of Information and Broadcasting, Multi-Tasking Staff Recruitment Rules, 2014, namely :—
1. Short title and commencement.- (1) These rules may be called the Directorate of Field Publicity, Ministry of Information and Broadcasting, Multi-Tasking Staff Recruitment (Amendment) Rules, 2014. .
(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
2. In the Directorate of Field Publicity, Ministry of Information and Broadcasting, Multi-Tasking Staff Recruitment Rules, 2014, in the Schedule, in column (6) relating to age limit for direct recruits, for Note-1, the following Note shall be substituted, namely:-
"Note-1: The crucial date for determining the age limit shall be the closing date for receipt of applications and not the closing date prescribed for those in Assam, Meghalaya, Arunachal Pradesh, Mizoram, Manipur, Nagaland, Tripura, Sikkim, Ladakh Division of Jammu and Kashmir State, Lahaul and Spiti District and Pangi Sub-Division of Chamba District of Himachal Pradesh, Andaman and Nicobar Islands or Lakshadweep.''
