4. The Cotton Advisory Board, through a consultative process will seek inputs from Cotton Textiles Mill industry, the cotton growers and cotton traders. The Consultative Committee shall meet prior to the formal meeting of the Cotton Advisory Board. The inputs of the Consultative Committee recommendations shall be considered by the CAB. The Consultative Committee of the CAB will have the following composition:

No. 4-2/2010-Akademis—In accordance with Rule 7(i) of the Rules and Regulations of the Sangeet Natak Akademi, the Government of India, Ministry of Culture hereby appoints Shri Shekhar Sen as Chairperson of the Sangeet Natak Akademi, New Delhi, with immediate effect. This appointment will be for a period of five years.
