Notice is hereby given in pursuance of section 497 of the Companies Act, 1956, that a General Meeting of the members of the abovenamed company will be held at the Registered Office of the Company at 212-A, SACHDEVA CORPORATE TOWER, PLOT NO. 8, COMMUNITY CENTRE, SECTOR-8, ROHINI, DELHI-110085 on Tuesday, the 17th day of March 2015, at 10:00 A.M. for the purpose of having an account laid before them showing the manner in which the winding up has been conducted and the property of the company disposed of and hearing any explanation that may given by the liquidator and also of determining by a special resolution of the company, the manner in which the books, accounts and documents of the company and of the liquidator shall be disposed of.
