का.नि.आ.13.—राष्ट्रपति, संविधन के अनुच्छेद 309 के परन्तुक द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, रक्षा मंत्राालय, जनसंपर्क निदेशालय, पफोटोग्रापफी अध्किारी, ज्येष्ठ पफोटोग्रापफी अध्किारी और उप निदेशक ;पफोटोद्ध भर्ती नियम, 2014 में संशोध्न करने के लिए निम्नलिखित नियम बनाते हैं, अर्थात्‌्‌ः—

1. ;1द्ध इन नियमों का संक्षिप्त नाम रक्षा मंत्राालय, जनसंपर्क निदेशालय, पफोटोग्रापफी अध्किारी, ज्येष्ठ पफोटोग्रापफी अध्किारी और उप निदेशक ;पफोटोद्ध भर्ती ;संशोध्नद्ध नियम, 2015 है ।

;2द्ध यह राजपत्रा में प्रकाशन की तारीख कोे प्रवृृत्त होंगे।

2. रक्षा मंत्राालय, जनसंपर्क निदेशालय, पफोटोग्रापफी अध्किारी, ज्येष्ठ पफोटोग्रापफी अध्किारी और उप निदेशक ;पफोटोद्ध भर्ती नियम, 2014 की अनुसूची में, उप निदेशक ;पफोटोद्ध पद से संबंध्ति क्रम सं. 3 के सामने स्तंभ 11 के अध्ीन फ्प्रतिनियुक्तिय् शीर्ष के अध्ीन, टिप्पण 1 के अध्ीन, फ्3 वर्षय् शब्दों के स्थान पर फ्चार वर्षय् रखे जाएंगे ।

1. Short title and commencement.-—(1) These rules may be called the Ministry of Defence, Directorate of Public Relations, Photographic Officer, Senior Photographic Officer and Deputy Director (Photo), Recruitment (Amendment) Rules, 2015.

(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.

2. In the Schedule to the Ministry of Defence, Directorate of Public Relations, Photographic Officer, Senior Photographic Officer and Deputy Director (Photo),Recruitment Rules, 2014, against the post at Sl. No. 3 relating to Deputy Director (Photo), under Column (11), under the heading "Deputation", under Note 1, for the words "three years", the words "four years" shall be substituted.
