सा.का.नि. 50.—राष्ट्रपति, संविधन के अनुच्छेद 309 के परन्तुक द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्ति का प्रयोग करते हुए, प्रशिक्षण निदेशालय ;महिलाओं के लिए व्यावसायिक प्रशिक्षण कार्यक्रमद्ध प्रशिक्षण अध्किारी/तकनीकी अध्किारी ;समूह 'ख' राजपत्रिात पदद्ध भर्ती नियम, 2003 का संशोध्न करने के लिए निम्नलिखित नियम बनाते हैं, अर्थात्ः—
1. ;1द्ध इन नियमों का संक्षिप्त नाम प्रशिक्षण निदेशालय ;महिलाओं के लिए व्यावसायिक प्रशिक्षण कार्यक्रमद्ध प्रशिक्षण अध्किारी/तकनीकी अध्किारी ;समूह 'ख' राजपत्रिात पदद्ध संशोध्न भर्ती नियम, 2015 है।
;2द्ध ये राजपत्रा में प्रकाशन की तारीख को प्रवृत्त होंगे ।
2. प्रशिक्षण निदेशालय ;महिलाओं के लिए व्यावसायिक प्रशिक्षण कार्यक्रमद्ध प्रशिक्षण अध्किारी/तकनीकी अध्किारी ;समूह 'ख' राजपत्रिात पदद्ध भर्ती नियम, 2003 के अनुसूची में,-
;कद्ध 'पद का नाम' में संबंध्ति स्तंभ 1 में, -
;iद्ध फ्प्रशिक्षण अध्किारीय् के पद से संबंध्ति विद््यमान प्रविष्टियों के पश्चात्् फ्/;खानपान और आतिथ्य प्रबंध्द्धय् चिन्ह, कोष्ठक और शब्द रखे जाएंगे ।
;iiद्ध फ्;व्यवसाय के अनुसार अलग अलगद्धय् से संबंध्ति विद््यमान प्रविष्टियों के स्थान पर निम्नलिखित मद सं. और प्रविष्टि रखी जाएगी, अर्थात्् :-
फ्10. खानपान और आतिथ्य प्रबंध् -2य् ऋ
;खद्ध स्तंभ 8 में, मद सं. 7 से संबंध्ति प्रविष्टियों के पश्चात्् और टिप्पण 1, से पहले निम्नलिखित मद सं. और प्रविष्टियाँ रखी जाएंगी, अर्थात्् :-
फ्8. खानपान और आतिथ्य प्रबंध् :
आवश्यक :
;iद्ध होटल प्रबंध् में बैचलर डिग्रीऋ या
;iiद्ध होटल प्रबंध्, यात्राा और पर्यटन में बैचलर डिग्रीऋ या
;iiiद्ध आतिथ्य और होटल प्रशासन सहित विज्ञान में बैचलर डिग्री ।
या
;कद्ध होटल प्रबंध् और खानपान प्रौद््योगिकी में तीन वर्ष का डिप्लोमा अर्हताऋ और
;खद्ध खानपान डिप्लोमा अर्हता के पश्चात्् अध्यापन या उद््योग या अनुसंधन का दो वर्ष का अनुभव ।

;iiद्ध कम्प्यूटर उपयोजन या कम्प्यूटर विज्ञान में छह मास की अवध् िप्रमाणपत्रा पाठ््यक्रम ।''

G. S. R. 50.—In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 of the Constitution, the President hereby makes the following rules to amend the Directorate of Training (Vocational Training Programme for Women) Training Officer/ Technical Officer (Group 'B' Gazetted post) Recruitment Rules, 2003, namely:-
1. (1) These rules may be called the Directorate of Training (Vocational Training Programme for Women) Training Officer/ Technical Officer (Group 'B' Gazetted post) Amendment Recruitment Rules, 2015.
(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
2. In the Directorate of Training (Vocational Training Programme for Women) Training Officer/Technical Officer (Group 'B' Gazetted post) Recruitment Rules, 2003, In the schedule,-
(a) in column (1) relating to the 'Name of the post',-
(i) after the existing entries relating to the post of "Training Officer", in symbol, brackets and words "/(Catering and Hospitality Management)" shall be inserted;
(ii) after the existing entries relating to "(Trade wise breakup)", the following item number and entry shall be inserted, namely:-
"10. Catering and Hospitality Management - 2";
(b) in column 8, after the entries relating to item number 7 and before Note 1, the following item number and entries shall be inserted, namely:-
"8. Catering and Hospitality Management:
Essential:
(i) Bachelor's Degree in Hotel Management; or
(ii) Bachelor's Degree in Hotel Management, Travel and Tourism; or
(iii) Bachelor's Degree in Science with Hospitality and Hotel Administration.

(b) Two years experience in Teaching or Industry or Research after acquiring the Diploma qualification.
Desirable:
(i) Teachers' Training Diploma from Technical Teachers' Training Institute under the Ministry of Human Resources Development;
Or
Craft Instructor Certificate or National Craft Instructor Certificate awarded by the National Council for Vocational Training under the Ministry of Labour and Employment.
(ii) Certificate course of six months duration in Computer application or Computer Science.".
