2. पदोन्नति होने पर, अधिकारी पदोन्नति की तारीख से संषोधित वेतन संरचना में वेतन के निर्धारण अथवा सीसीएस (संषोधित वेतन) नियमावली 2008 के अनुसार अगली वार्षिक वेतन वृद्धि की तारीख तथा इस संबंध में सरकार द्वारा जारी निदेषों का विकल्प चुनने के लिए अधिकृत हैं। ऐसे विकल्प का प्रयोग पदोन्नति की तारीख से एक माह के भीतर अवष्य कर लिया जाना चाहिए।

3. तैनाती के आदेष, जहां भी आवष्यक हों, स्वास्थ्य सेवा महानिदेषालय द्वारा जारी किए जाएंगे।

2. Such option must be exercised within one month from the date of promotion.
