स्ां. पीएनबी/डीएसी/पी-7/2015--बैंककारी कंपनी (उपक्रमों का अर्जन एवं अंतरण) अधिनियम,1970 की धारा 19 और बैंककारी कंपनी (उपक्रमों का अर्जन एवं अंतरण) अधिनियम,1980 की धारा 19 द्वारा प्रदत शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुये पंजाब नैशनल बैंक का निदेशक मंडल भारतीय रिजर्व बैंक के परामर्श से और केन्द्रीय सरकार के पूर्वानुमोदन से पंजाब नैशनल बैंक अधिकारी कर्मचारी (सेवानिवृति के बाद गैर सरकारी क्षेत्र के प्रतिष्ठानों में नौकरियों की स्वीकृति) विनियमावली 2000 में आगे संशोधन करने के लिये एतद्द्वारा निम्नलिखित विनियम बनाता है यथाः- 1. (1) इन विनियमों को पंजाब नैशनल बैंक अधिकारी कर्मचारी (सेवानिवृति के बाद गैर सरकारी क्षेत्र के प्रतिष्ठानों में नौकरियों की स्वीकृति) संशोधन विनियमावली 2013 कहा जाएगा।

2. पंजाब नैशनल बैंक अधिकारी कर्मचारी (सेवानिवृति के बाद गैर सरकारी क्षेत्र के प्रतिष्ठानों में नौकरियों की स्वीकृति) विनियमावली, 2000 के विनियम 4 के उप-विनियम-1 में 'दो वर्षों' शब्दों के स्थान पर 'एक वर्ष' शब्द प्रतिस्थापित किये जाएंगे।

स्ां. पेंषन/विविध/2015--बैंकिंग कम्पनी (उपक्रमों का अधिग्रहण एवं अंतरण) अधिनियम, 1970 की धारा 19 और बैंकिंग कम्पनी (उपक्रमों का अधिग्रहण एवं अंतरण) अधिनियम, 1980 की धारा 19 के अधीन प्रत्यायोजित अधिकारों का प्रयोग करते हुए पंजाब नैषनल बैंक के निदेषक मंडल ने भारतीय रिज़र्व बैंक से परामर्ष एवं केन्द्रीय सरकार की मंजूरी के पष्चात् पंजाब नैषनल बैंक (कर्मचारी) पेंषन विनियम, 1995 में निम्नवत् संषोधन किये हैं :-- 1. (1) ये विनियम पंजाब नैशनल बैंक (कर्मचारी) पेंषन (संषोधन) विनियम 2013 कहलाएंगे।
(2) ये सरकारी राजपत्र में अपने प्रकाशन की की तारीख से लागू होंगे।
2. पंजाब नैशनल बैंक (कर्मचारी) पेंषन विनियम, 1995 के विनियम 50 केे उप विनियम (1) में उल्लिखित शब्द 'दो वर्ष' के स्थान पर 'एक वर्श' प्रतिस्थापित किया जाएगा।
3. पंजाब नैशनल बैंक (कर्मचारी) पेंषन विनियम, 1995 के विनियम 50 केे उप विनियम (6) में उल्लिखित शब्द 'दो वर्ष' के स्थान पर 'एक वर्श' प्रतिस्थापित किया जाएगा।

No. PNB/DAC/P-7/2015In exercise of the powers conferred by section 19 of the Banking Companies (Acquisition and Transfer of Undertakings) Act, 1970 and section 19 of the Banking Companies (Acquisition and Transfer of Undertakings) Act, 1980, the Board of Directors of Punjab National Bank after consultation with the Reserve Bank of India and with the previous sanction of the Central Government, hereby makes the following regulations further to amend the Punjab National Bank Officer Employees' (Acceptance of Jobs in Private Sector Concerns after Retirement) Regulations, 2000, namely:-
1. (1) These regulations may be called Punjab National Bank Officer Employees' (Acceptance of Jobs in Private Sector Concerns after Retirement) Amendment Regulations, 2013.
(2) These regulations shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
2.In regulation 4 of the Punjab National Bank Officer Employees'(Acceptance of Jobs in Private Sector Concerns after Retirement) Regulations, 2000 in sub-regulation (1), for the words "two years", the words "one year' shall be substituted.
