सा0 आ0 संख्याः एसीसी/दि.वउ./वीसी/1(4)/2009/152 - केन्द्रीय भविष्य निधि आयुक्त को यह प्रतीत होता है कि निम्नलिखित स्थापनाओं से संबंधित नियोक्ता तथा कर्मचारियों का बहुमत इस बात से सहमत है कि कर्मचारी भविष्य निधि और प्रकीर्ण उपबन्ध अधिनियम, 1952 (1952 का 19) के उपबन्ध उक्त स्थापनाओं पर लागू किये जायें।

अतः केन्द्रीय भविष्य निधि आयुक्त, उक्त अधिनियम की धारा 1 की उपधारा (4) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए उपर्युक्त स्थापनाओं पर अधिनियम को उनके नाम के सामने दर्शायी गई तिथि से लागू करते हैं ।

सं.भा.आ.प.-12 (2)/2015-मेडि.विविध/ 103410--भारतीय आयुर्विज्ञान परिषद्‌ अधिनियम, 1956 (1956 का 102) की धारा 33 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का इस्तेमाल करते हुए, "चिकित्सा संस्थानों में अध्यापकों की न्यूनतम शैक्षिक योग्यता विनियमावली, 1998" में पुनः संशोधन करने हेतु, भारतीय आयुर्विज्ञान परिषद्‌, केंद्रीय सरकार के पूर्व अनुमोदन से एतद्‌द्वारा निम्नलिखित विनियम बनाती है, नामतः-

1. (i) इन विनियमों को "चिकित्सा संस्थानों में अध्यापकों की न्यूनतम शैक्षिक योग्यता (संशोधन) विनियमावली, 2015" कहा जाए।

(ii) वे सरकारी गजट में उनके प्रकाशन की तारीख को प्रवृत्त होंगे ।

2. (i) "चिकित्सा संस्थानों में अध्यापकों की न्यूनतम शैक्षिक योग्यता विनियमावली, 1998" में परिवार मेडिसिन विभाग में शैक्षणिक योग्यता में एम डी (परिवार मेडिसिन)/एम डी (जनरल मेडिसिन) के पष्चात्‌ निम्नलिखित शैक्षिणिक योगयता को जोड़ा जाएगा, नामतः :--

* एम डी (बाल रोग विज्ञान)*/* एम डी/एम एस (प्रसूति एवं स्त्री रोग विज्ञान)*/* एम एस (जनरल सर्जरी)*

*परिवार मेडिसिन विभाग में, सभी तीन संकाय किन्हीं पांच भिन्न-भिन्न शाखाओं में से अस्थायी व्यवस्था के रूप में होने चाहिए तथा ये एक ही शाखा से नहीं होने चाहिए। और जब भी पर्याप्त परिवार मेडिसिन विषेशज्ञ उपलब्ध हो जाएंगे, तब वे परिवार मेडिसिन विभाग के अन्य विषेशज्ञों का स्थान ले लेेगेें।

पाद टिप्पणीः--प्रधान नियमावली नामतः "चिकित्सा संस्थानों में अध्यापकों की न्यूनतम शैक्षिक योग्यता विनियमावली, 1998" दिनांक 05 दिसंबर, 1998 को भारत के गजट के भाग-III, धारा (4) में प्रकाशित की गई थी और इसे भारतीय आयुर्विज्ञान परिषद की दिनांक 16.03.2005, 21.07.2009, 28.10.2009, 15.12.2009, 03.11.2010, 08.07.2011, 06.09.2012 और 01.10.2012 की अधिसूचना के अंतर्गत संशोधित किया गया था।

MEDICAL COUNCIL OF INDIA

No. MCI-12(2)/2015-Med.Misc./103410—In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 33 of the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956 (102 of 1956), the Medical Council of India with the previous sanction of the Central Government, hereby makes the following Regulations to further amend the "Minimum Qualifications for Teachers in Medical Institutions Regulations, 1998", namely:-

1. (i) These Regulations may be called the "Minimum Qualifications for Teachers in Medical Institutions (amendment) Regulations, 2015".

(ii) They shall come into force from the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.

2. (i) In the "Minimum Qualifications for Teachers in Medical Institution Regulations, 1998", in Academic Qualifications in the department of Family Medicine, the following academic qualifications shall be added after M.D. (Family Medicine)/M.D. (General Medicine) namely:-

*MD (Pediatrics)*/*MD/MS (Obstetrics and Gynecology)*/*MS (General Surgery)*

*In the Department of Family Medicine, all three faculty should be from any of the five different disciplines as an interim arrangement and not from the same discipline. As and when enough Family Medicine specialists become available, they will phase out other specialists in the Department of Family Medicine.
