आ.अ. 35.—लोक प्रतिनिध्त्वि अध्निियम, 1951 ;1951 का 43द्ध की धरा 106 के अनुसरण में, भारत निर्वाचन आयोग झारखण्ड राज्य से राज्य सभा के लिए एक सदस्य के रूप में श्री कंवर दीप सिंह के निर्वाचन पर प्रश्न उठाते हुए श्री बैैद्दनाथ राम द्वारा दर्ज की गई 2010 की निर्वाचन याचिका सं. 12 पर रांची स्थित उच्च न्यायालय के दिनांक 30 अप्रैल, 2015 के आदेश को एतद्‌द्वारा प्रकाशित करता है ।

आदेश अध्सिूचना के अंग्रेजी भाग में छपा है ।
