सा.का.नि. 116 .—राष्ट्रपति, संविधन के अनुच्छेद 309 के परन्तुक द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए कार्मिक, लोक शिकायत और पेंशन मंत्राालय, कार्मिक और प्रशिक्षण विभाग, सिस्टम प्रोग्रामर ;सूमह 'ख'द्ध अराजपत्रिात अननुसचिवीय, भर्ती नियम, 2013 का संशोध्न करने के लिए निम्नलिखित नियम बनाते हैं, अर्थात् :—

G.S.R. 116.— In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 of the Constitution, the President hereby makes the following rules to amend the Ministry of Personnel, Public Grievances and Pensions, Department of Personnel and Training, System Programmer (Group 'B', Non-Gazetted, Non-Ministerial) Recruitment Rules, 2013, namely:-
1. (1) These rules may be called the Ministry of Personnel, Public Grievances and Pensions, Department of Personnel and Training, System Programmer (Group 'B', Non- Gazetted, Non-Ministerial) Recruitment(Amendment) Rules, 2015.
(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
2. In the Ministry of Personnel, Public Grievances and Pensions, Department of Personnel and Training, System Programmer (Group 'B', Non-Gazetted, Non-Ministerial) Recruitment Rules, 2013, in rule 1, in sub-rule (i), for the figures "2013" occurring at the end, the figures "2014" shall be substituted.

G.S.R. 117 .— In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 of the Constitution, the President hereby makes the following rules to amend the Safdarjung Hospital, New Delhi, Senior Occupational Therapist (Group 'A' Gazetted), Recruitment Rules, 2014, namely:-
1. Short title and commencement. - (1) These rules may be called the Safdarjung Hospital, New Delhi, Senior Occupational Therapist (Group 'A' Gazetted) Recruitment (Amendment) Rules, 2015.
(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
2. In the Safdrjung Hospital, New Delhi, Senior Occupational Therapist (Group 'A' Gazetted) Recruitment Rules, 2014,-
(i) in the opening paragraph, for the words "Senior Occupational Therapy", the words "Senior Occupational Therapist" shall be substituted;
(ii) in the Schedule,-
(a) in column (1), for the entry "Senior Occupational Therapy", the following entry shall be substituted, namely:-
"Senior Occupational Therapist";
(b) in column (11), under the sub-heading "Deputation", in item (a), in sub-item (ii), for the word 'theparent', the words "the parent" shall be substituted.

1. संक्षिप्त नाम और प्रारंभ : ;1द्ध इन नियमों का संक्षिप्त नाम सपफदरजंग अस्पताल, नई दिल्ली में रेडियोआइसोटोप के लिए प्रयोगशाला तकनीशियन भर्ती ;संशोध्नद्ध नियम, 2015 है ।

ii. स्तंभ ;6द्ध के अध्ीन प्रविष्टियों में, 'वर्ष से अध्कि 30 नहीं' के स्थान पर '30 वर्ष से अध्कि नहीं' प्रविष्टियों को रखा जाएगा ।
iii. स्तंभ ;12द्ध के अध्ीन प्रविष्टियों में, विभागीय पुष्टि समिति की संरचना के संबंध् में :
