2. उपरोक्त तदर्थ नियुक्ति निम्नलिखित शर्त के अनुसार है :--
(क) तदर्थ पदोन्नति अनिश्चित काल तक, ग्रेड में जारी रखने का या सीएसएस के ग्रेड-I में वरिष्ठता के दावे के लिए या नियमित नियुक्ति के लिए चयन सूची में शामिल करने के लिए कोई अधिकार नहीं होगा।
