(i) यह तदर्थ पदोन्नति इस ग्रेड में अनिश्चित काल तक बने रहने या नियमित नियुक्ति के लिए चयन सूची में शामिल किए जाने हेतु अथवा सीएसएस के ग्रेड-1 में वरिष्ठता हेतु दावा करने के लिए कोई अधिकार नहीं प्रदान करेगी।
(ii) इस तदर्थ नियुक्ति को, कोई कारण दिए बगैर किसी भी समय समाप्त किया जा सकता है।
(iii) अवर सचिव ग्रेड में तदर्थ आधार पर की गई सेवा की गणना, इस ग्रेड में वरिष्ठता के प्रयोजन या अगले उच्चतर ग्रेड में प्रोन्नति के लिए नहीं की जाएगी।
(iv) यदि अधिकारी ने सीएसएस के लिए संवर्ग प्रशिक्षण योजना में यथा-निर्देशित अनिवार्य स्तर 'डी' प्रशिक्षण नहीं लिया है तो उन्हें कार्मिक एवं प्रशिक्षण विभाग द्वारा किए गए नामांकनों के अनुसार उक्त प्रशिक्षण लेना होगा।

No. A-12025/1/2015-E-I—In pursuance of Ministry of Personnel, Public Grievances & Pensions, Department of Personnel & Training's Order No. 5/3/2015-CS.I (U) dated 25.05.2015, the President is pleased to appoint Shri Anup Kumar Dey, a regular Section Officer of CSS (CSL No. 8723) in the Ministry of Women & Child Development as Under Secretary (Grade-I of CSS) in the Ministry of Road Transport & Highways in Pay Band-3 Rs. 15,600—39,100/- + Rs. 6,600/- Grade Pay on purely ad hoc basis w.e.f. 29.05.2015 (F.N.), for a period upto 31.12.2015 or till the posts are filled up on regular basis or until further orders, whichever is the earliest.
2. His appointment as Under Secretary on ad hoc basis is subject to the following terms and conditions :—
(i) The ad-hoc promotion shall not confer any right to continue in the grade indefinitely or for inclusion in the Select List for regular appointment or to claim seniority in the Grade-I of the CSS.
(ii) Ad hoc appointment may be terminated at any point of time without giving any reason therefor.
(iii) The service rendered on ad hoc basis in the Under Secretary Grade would not count for the purpose of seniority in that grade or for promotion to next higher grade.
(iv) If he has not undergone mandatory Level 'D' Training as enjoined in Cadre Traning Plan for the CSS, he will have to undergo the afore-said training as per nominations made by the Department of Personnel & Training.

No. A-11013/3/2014-E.I—In pursuance of Department of Personnel & Training (Office of the Establishment Officer's) O.M. No. 1/2/2015-EO(MM-I) dated 7.7.2015, the President is pleased to appoint on contract basis Shri Sudhir Ravindra Deulgaonkar, a private person as Officer on Special Duty (OSD) to Hon'ble Minister of Road Transport & Highways and Shipping (Shri Nitin Jairam Gadkari) at Deputy Secretary level in Pay Band-3 Rs. 15,600—39,100/- + 7,600/- Grade Pay on co-terminus basis with the Minister or for a period of 4 years w.e.f. 11.12.2014 (F.N.) or till he ceases to function as OSD to the Minister or until further orders, whichever occurs the earliest.
