सं. एन-15/13/6/4/2015-यो. एवं वि.--कर्मचारी राज्य बीमा (सामान्य) विनियम-1950 के विनियम 95-क के साथ पठित कर्मचारी राज्य बीमा अधिनियम 1948, (1948 का 34) की धारा-46(2) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों के अनुसरण में महानिदेशक ने 01 जून, 2015 ऐसी तारीख के रूप में निश्चित की है जिससे उक्त विनियम-95-क तथा केरल कर्मचारी राज्य बीमा नियम-1957 में निर्दिष्ट चिकित्सा हितलाभ केरल राज्य में निम्नलिखित क्षेत्रों मेंं बीमांकित व्यक्तियों के परिवारों पर लागू किये जाएंगे, अर्थात् :
रेवेन्यु विल्लेज-मण्णूर, तालुक-पालक्काड, जिला-पालक्काड।

आपके पत्र सं. सी-II/10(2)2014/के.एन/वो. कवरेज/6446 दिनांक : 10.07.2015 के संदर्भ में, जब कि केंद्रीय भविष्य निधि आयुक्त को यह प्रतीत होता है कि निम्न स्थापनाओं से संबंधित नियोक्ता एवं अधिकतम कर्मचारियों ने कर्मचारी भविष्य निधि एवं प्रकीर्ण उपबंध 1952 (1952 का 19) के उपबंधों को उनके विभिन्न स्थापनाओं को विशेषतः नाम से लागू किए जाने हेतु सहमत हुए हैं।

अतः अब उक्त अधिनियम की धारा 1 की उपधारा (4) द्वारा प्रदत शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए केंद्रीय भविष्य निधि आयुक्त एतद्द्वारा उक्त अधिनियम के प्रावधानों के तहत उल्लिखित स्थापनाओं को प्रत्येक स्थापना के सामने दर्शाए तिथि से लागू करते हैं।
